Hmm...well, i only said that my source (which is my directly my brother, indirectly a jap site that he visted, dunno which) says that it takes place in C.E. 78. Quite a long way off. As for upgrades, i dont think the likes of kira will need anything other than a mirage colloid add-on. Any more weapons would make it a meteor hybrid. I also doubt something like destiny's sword( too slow) or palm cannons would be added (half the time a liability). Fukada would probably add them for those reasons tho.

Shinn pwned him. most unlikely thing ever, but, he got blown the hell up. Naturaly turning off a nuclear generator just as its getting stabbed by a massively powerful energy blade stopped a massive nuclear explosion happening and killing them all.

well then technically he never blew himself up, shinn blew him the fuck up.

and it wasn't that unlikely, he used tactics against Kira which Kira obviously isn't used to cause all he does is his "zomgwtfPWNyouall attack".

It was the same with the bucues and the blu duel, tactics = dead gundam.

I think i read somewhere they had a second script that killed off kira and the reactor blowing up, but they scraped it. It explains the huge nuclear like explosion, which they later said was cause by the tanhuaser.

Reason for scrapping obvious tho..kira is seed's poster boy. And now hes in Zaft. I'll bet lacus will become even more military too...did everyonel notice that difference in destiny from the 1st seed? maybe even in a gundam too....that would really nail seed's coffin.

maybe this is a bit strong, but i just rewatched some of the destiny episodes and reminded myself how disapointed i was in the series....

Yea but Kira is the ultimate Co-ordinator. Shinn is a n00b. I hate how they made him so tough when he's just some random co-ordinator kid :/ KIRA IS ULTIMATE! ALL-POWERFUL! FALL IN HIS PRESENCE DAMN YOU, ANNOYING ZAFT BRAT!

Wtf, you just killed ALL the main characters, exept for the major bad guy. It'd be like Star Wars if you killed off Luke, Han, Chewie, Leia and Darth Vader. That just leaves the Emperor to destroy the galaxy.

Dullindal was voiced by the same guy who voiced Char, that's the best reason why he should stay alive lol

and from that list it looks like you didn't kill off the extended or heine, so that's not all the main characters lol.

What i'd like to see is the eurasian alliance on top, if for no other reason than HYPERION ROCKS.

I dont buy into the kira was distracted by having to look after AA. Just before shinn/blutard stuck him, he was watching impulse approach, had about 4 seconds to react, and instead of moving out of the way he used his shield. i can count on one hand the number of times kira used freedom's shield, he usually evades, but he didnt. More of fukada's crap.

Also...im still confused over the sword piercing the ps armor. everywhere i go i cant seem to get a good explaination.

The explanation your looking for is called plot device, and Fukuda uses them excessivly. Thats problely why kira has that "WTF?" look on his face.

I hear Strike Freedom bashing.
Freedom angry, Freedom smash. Anyway, a movie sounds alright, I would watch it for the hell of it.
Also kira lost purposely to shinn, he if he wanted to kill him he would have done it, but he wanted to lead him away from the archangel so that it wouldn't be destroyed, and eveyone he knew would be killed etc.

Kira should have died end of that and the reason shinn was able to pwn him in that fight is that shinn had learnt n devised a way to use kiras only weakness against him pure and simple he out smarted the poor lil i dont want to kill anybody whining baby. i go with tim on this one most of the characters should have died, including kira from a that big ass explosion. but leave shinn and Durandel alive to conqour the galaxie in the name of zaft!!

also i think the sword goin thru PS armour is prob due to the amount of speed and pure force behind the impulse at the time, that oculd b one explanation but i think it was jus an excuse to hurt kira. but then again we've seen worse *cough* Atsuki beam protection *cough*
