Free speech exists but you can still be punished for it

Either way its not free speech as an ideal thats wrong, its peoples ability to be responsible with such power. Whilst people are pathetic and can get easily offended by others saying stuff that they dislike or that does not with their beliefs, free speech shoudl still exist, but people should realise as always the consequences of their actions and words when using such a right. This is why its called responsibility.

Do you know... in the USA just say if I have an advertisement on TV saying "Revora Burgers, you can't resist them, they're too good..." bla bla bla and if I don't insert something in the bottom saying "Depends on person, bla bla bla..." then I might just get sued cause I haven't done what I said I would.

Same for quotes and other stuff which are copyright...

In Chinese Empire, the government can block any speech it doesn`t or doesn`t want the people know!
When I heard the cases of SARS in China from VOA, I couldn`t believe it until I heard the official news on TV 6 months later!
And though Chinese don`t like to sueing somebody but they like revenge people with traps, you know,traps! Even more dangerous!
You should be glad that you have such freedom.

yeah, china is a fucked up thing right now. it pretends to be communistic and by communistic i mean a dictatorship ruled by a bunch of old men that doesnt want the people to mess about with politics, but they still claim to do it in the name of the people. which is a paradox when half the economy is owned by private corporations and they practically run the country. its more like a feudal society where the people have very little right to anything unless they A: are the "voice of the people" or B: have a voice of money.
