Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

just like to say awesome mod, i just have a problem with the serious error issues. Ive searched and read through the posts and thought contra was running all fine after I deleted all the stuff in the INI folder, I used to get serious errors almost every time but after I deleted the contents of INI it crashes maybe every 1 in 5.
which is still really frustrating after like an hour skirmish and then crash =(
My comp has more than enough specs to run the game
i dont have any other mods installed, i uninstalled contra, zh and gen, deleted any remaining files and then reinstalled.. still same prob.
i keep reading about modtoaster, i have no idea what that is if that has to do with anything
any quickfix tips would b greately appreciated. I got hamachi now and hope to play online soon when all is fixed! cheers!

just had to add that I did a search for big files, im i correct for looking for them out of place? because they are all in the zh folder, so thats all good huh.
Oh yeah, as i said before i deleted all the files in the zh/data/ini folder, but now i see there is also an INI file in the eagames/generals folder.. do anything about that one?
ty in advance

Mod toster is a program that lets u have multipal mods installed at once and have ease of file swaping, Howver it sounds to me liek you have fallen victim to the engin problems.
The mod seems to work fine so you say but every few games it crashs, well the game engin has problems and can crashs. Mods can sometimes make it happen more than others and so it may seem like the mod but its most likely this engin problem imo.
