Seriously. I'm getting fucking sick of waiting. :p I've bought the damn game ages ago, and haven't been able to play it since then as the AI is so weak/bugged. Well, at least EA tried this time around...

Is it any news on when these tools will arrive that will enable Thudo to fix it?

The Worldbuilder was announced for early/mid April, the SDK too, I think. There don't seem to be any news on that matter though. All we can do is wait...

Hostile is apparently far more well connected within EA's ranks then I could ever be although I have ins within both Relic and THQ since I'm in the Dawn of War side of things.

Hostile sent it and other words of wisdom. All good stuff.. You can find some of it around these parts. :crazed: We could always use more considering EA won't release the major C&C3 patch til Late May I'm now hearing :(

Hmmmm "more power"? How do you mean? Not Power Generators.. Gawd I've never seen soo many of em. Hell.. as Nod the most I build is 6 before getting the Advanced Tech Center then get the Power Upgrade for all of em. AI just builds too many Power Plants and Refineries.

We got some cool work to do when we'll be able to modify the AI.

TuD.

Not only that but having to constantly build silos if you're GDI or Nod....fucking annoying and space waster! :crazed:

The big patch and SDK were always scheduled for May. I don't know where you heard April.

Ouch.. temper temper moi captian! :D Its not like most game devs give Skirmish AI high priority. Give it a few more years when the game industry sees the value of a smart artificial opponent.

We're still waiting to be able to mod those AI XML files anyway. Once we do.. WATCH OUT!

The only difference here being that EA promised the game would have good AI, whereas other games doesn't.

In fact, AI has sensibly improved since Generals.
