I hope it works... and I actually think it will, cause without the patch the mod shouldnt run
I reinstalled BFME2 updated it with Patch 1.06 and installed the mod and it is still doing the same thing .

Try a re-download of the mod.
EDIT: Please provide pic
There are several ways there are errors that come up. ex. If it is a game.dat error, something is wrong with the .big. If it is any other type, things are not properly installed or something.

1. The mentioned MACRO is not read. --> Because the mods water.ini is not read. --> Because the game's (or other mod's) water.ini has precedence. --> Because of, i don't know.
Do you actually use the shortcut-reference for the SEE.big -file? Or do you use a shortcut to a SEE -directory?

The problem with the 'isengard statue'-error above could only mean one thing:
1. The mentioned MACRO is not read. --> Because the mods water.ini is not read. --> Because the game's (or other mod's) water.ini has precedence. --> Because of, i don't know.

I use the shortcut for the SEE.big reference file. This happened with Beta III but I got the patch and it worked fine.

So let me rephrase:
You installed Beta III, used the shortcut, it didn't work.
Then you installed patch 1.06, used the shortcut on Beta III, it worked!
Then you downloaded Beta IV, used the shortcut, it didn't work anymore.
Then you reinstalled patch 1.06, used the shortcut, it still didn't work.
Is that right?

Yes that is right except I never created a shortcut for Beta III. Beta IV crashes when I use the normal BFME2 shortcut and the SEE shortcut. So maybe it's crashing because I created the SEE shortcut for Beta IV?

And how the hell did you start Beta III to begin with?

No of course not . I use the SEE shortcut first (crashes) then I try the regular BFME2 shortcut (crashes). Beta IV is like stopping me from playing the game modded and unmodded .

First try to get the game in order. THEN you can try to see if it works with S.E.E.

Okay, so now you have removed the SEE.big file from the 'MyBattleForMiddleEarth II' folder. And now the game works? Is that correct?

My friend, if you would make more elaborate descriptions of what exactly you did and didn't and it what sequence, i would actually be able to help you!

Wow, this is wired. I had the same problem, yet with BFME1. Never fixed it.
