Oh my, just got a text message from another girl who wants me to come with her to some concert on the same day as my second date with the first one.

What is this, some American teenage sitcom-drama?

I turned down the concert offer, of course. I'm not a dick, and the band that's playing sucks anyway.

Justin Bieber and the Jonas Brothers.

Failing that, someone Dutch.

Yeasayer. Some kind of modernistic psychedelic stuff.

I love psychedelic, but modern? They're just too late.

I'm not sure which topic this goes in, since it's a celebration and venting...

I celebrate and vent that my sister will be leaving for college, taking away most of the bitching licenses that she issued to the members of my school (metaphorically) and her somewhat bipolar personality, but I vent that now there's nobody near my age in my family to talk to or do chores...

Moustache? Possibly. Potbelly? Not with my metabolism. I'm always going to be tall and skinny. My friends call me Skeletor. :w00t:

As you grow older, your metabolism will slow - I know mine will - and so you'd better acknowledge it now, before it becomes a surprise.

7th Symphony by Apocalyptica is released - it's pretty darn good! A solid album, though nothing especial. Not keen on the song with the Slayer lead vocalist as guest, nor does Poseidon's Rage particularly endear itself to me - it's formulaically the same as Kaamos - but I love Sacra and Beautiful.
