Elven, I know it says CA in your profile, but don't you actually live in Texas? How much scuba-ing can you really do in Texas? Isn't it mostly desert?

I'm from CA, but live in Texas, yes. And hell no, Texas is mostly endless grassland, with some swamps and forests in the east and some desert in the west. There's lakes nearby we can practice in, one that they even put airplanes and cars in just for divers.

Wow, massive pollution just for the sake of some dudes with spare money and oxygen. Now that's progress.

I'm really not a fan of scuba diving. Too much with the not breathing naturally and assuming I'm about to die horribly. Land is much better.

How is it pollution? I meant they sunk the damn things, so they're not being used anymore :p

Also, stfu, scuba is awesome.

I celebrate having made the best birthday card of all time...or maybe it's the worst birthday card of all time. Either way, I'm proud of it. :xcahik_:

Still, I can't imagine it's good for the environment having a bunch of slowly decaying vehicles at the bottom of a lake. But whatever, what do I know? And I'm sure scuba diving is great. My sister certainly seems to think so. It's just really not for me. I am a landlubber born, which is a bit weird because my dad, his dad, his dad and his dad were all in the navy. My generation is going to be the first one in our known family history not to join any branch of the military.

You guys have lakes there? That's soooooo...cool!

Anyways, turn's out that I was right and I did in fact make the best birthday card of all time. She (the recipient) sent me a text telling me that she laughed for ten straight minutes upon reading it. An hour well spent? I think so.

Yay! Swansea have been promoted to the Premiership, becoming the first Welsh team to do so. And they play very good football, so hopefully they can replace now-relegated Blackpool as everyone's favourite entertaining underdogs.

It was a conglomeration of the numerous inane nicknames I have for her, an inside joke between me, her, and her brother, and a handful of photoshopped Facebook photos presented in comic-strip form. Also, it ends with the word 'Fin'. Ultimately, you guys wouldn't find it funny in the slightest.
