Edit: Celebrate getting 900 posts in 4 years, does this mean I have a life? I joke

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

Also, Neth, you've only been here 3 years. It's not 2012 yet. You can tell by the way the world hasn't ended.

Compared to Ash we're all somewhat lacking.

My Political Compass
Sieben Elefanten hatte Herr Dschin
Und da war dann noch der achte.
Sieben waren wild und der achte war zahm
Und der achte war's, der sie bewachte.

In other news, I just had a library induction in the Bodleian (I love that place). The first room we went is the room used for the hospital in Harry Potter. So much Hogwartz here...I celebrate my school being so nerdy it's awesome.

I've also been in Christchurch, where the stairwell (for the first film) and the hall were filmed. It's practically replicated in the movie, with few adjustments (sans CGI for magicky porpoises).God damn I love the architecture.
Of course Lewis is filmed here too, though they edit it so that streets don't cohere in the sequences. But, they are filming in one of my tutor's offices for Lewis, which is cool, but I'm really intimidated by that room (and its patron) already.
I will soon be studying in the Bod, which will be incredible. However I also quite like the Gladstone Link, which is the underground facility - no, it's not Gringotts, but it's a weird synthesis of Cold War bunker and the Death Star. Sadly, there's no pictures on Google which do it justice. I may have to rectify that. The bookcases look like they should hold warheads while the tunnelling passageways have come straight from the Death Star, with a curiously bold blue stripe.
Anyway, that is an incredible invention (or is it a discovery? - the property was inherent but the application indirect - perhaps its both). I would quite like to learn the science behind it (I am quite familiar with carbon nanotubes thanks to WJEC A level Chemistry and a general interest in nanotechnology), but the video(s) left a lot to be desired. Hooray for your school! I presume you'll be taking all the credit?

Unfortunately, our school's buildings are rather bland for the most part.
