When this mod is complete, the mods of the future would never mesure to that of the RA mod.
I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

Gloin! GLOIN!!! A Dwarven unit! By God he looks amazing, with every little detail possible. I don't really like the Corsairs that much, but he looks quite cool. Though in my (and apparently Gherrick's and Bebbe's) opinion, he would look better with a sword, seeing as he's a marauding pirate (but the weapon does suit him nonetheless :thumbsupsmiley:). But that's just one variation of the model, right? There will be other weapons included, won't there? Because when you think about it, pirates (in the mod) would be the equivalent of orcs: a ton of skins and weapons. I'm just saying now.

When this mod is complete, the mods of the future would never mesure to that of the RA mod.

Just pointing this out, but someone could take offense to this. Just pointing it out though.

Arg. Thats a corsair hero. The corsair PJ plays in the film to be precise. In the film, he has that weapon. So he's not even an ordinary corsair.

Eh? Castamir the Usurper? Woudln't he be rather... dead by now?

I know Decipher named him Castamir.. but I do not like the recycling of the name. And why would what appears to be a simple corsair officer have such a kingly name?

Heh.. finding some better refs of his weapon now. Tis due a redo. It was only a WIP I qickly slapped in for this render.

who? if it is a bfme modder, they are in denial. These games have been out for too long without enough popularity to continue modding them.

Oh, well that explains a lot. :p Either way (whether that's gonna be the model for the hero or the unit) it looks fine.

OK, is this better?

Just pointing this out, but someone could take offense to this. Just pointing it out though. :w00t:

No matter how much you think that, there is always a possibility that someone will take offense. In this case it's just extremely small.

I've been watching this mod since back in '05 when I joined at the old forums for RA as 'ElweMithrandir'. As I watch it I see what a great and dedicated team you have here and WOW the animations rule, cahik rocks! Too bad they didn't have him on the Rise of the Witchking team to do the animations for Rogash (as in that game Rogash could have been done better) so cahik would have been the right one for the job. :) Covering Rhun is also an idea that gives people a better perspective of Middle Earth. I've personally always been interested in Rhun - like the immense statues that are in northern Rhun that represent Morgoth's former power!

Keep up this great work!
