Wooh! Now Lurtz's skin matches his proficiency as a hero (that's a compliment, as I feel Lurtz was one of vanilla's best heroes!).

And yay! Activity :p

So true! I've always liked using Lurtz, and that new skin is amazing!

@ M@tt: Just one question though...you mentioned something about the model, yet it looks the same as the original model. What did you change (other than the skin)?

Well, Celeglin gave it a new UVW mapping, so it had to be rebinded. That's all really, the physical appearance of the model is the same.

What 3d software are you guys useing? AFAIK RenX doesnt have a render system.
I'd like to know what software you used to render these, And would you recommend me modeling in this software?
Linki

EDIT:
Im using 3Ds max 9 but its not fully compatable with the W3D tools, I heard mention of 3ds SDK some time ago, But not sure if its compatable with things like W3D exporting and binding.

AFAIK (looking back at Cahiks WIP topic), they are AVI files converted to FLV. Dunno about the actual rendering though.

Rendering is done in Max 8 (or 7), and Max 9 doesn't work with the SDK, so you can't really do anything good with that one, since you can't export the models you make ;) Well, you can't export them to w3d files, but of course, you can export them to other files that can be opened in max 8 or 7... perhaps even RenX ;)

However, I'm certain that matt "rendered", that will say, took a screen-shot of it, in the W3D Viewer... ;)

NB. Carrock has been halved in size since screen as you could barely see any of it in-game!
