i've got an idea for a mod but i don't know if i should try to create it or just forget about it.
it has nothing to do with The movies or Tolkien's work. it's purely my imagination
this is the idea:
i want to make a very though to play faction in the game. it's though to play and to defeat.
and i want to improve the AI of the other factions.
new Faction:

Taralomian
---Story---
this ancient race once lived in middle-earth and was exploiting the lands. the elves started war to save the just born men. Men weren't capable of defending themselves. after long battles the elves were capable of pushing the Taralomians back to the sea where a great lord who controlled fire fought against a lot of elves until he could no longer stand and retreated overseas.
that ancient Race found three isle's which they Named: Shaowd, Ring and Telumehtar.
from their isles they prepared another attack upon middle-earth. but thanks to problems with native men upon their isles the invasion had to wait.
Sauron who knew about this race sought their allegiance in the Third Age. after a year they responded and started to prepare a massive armada. Sauron was defeated... But the armies of the Taralomians were preparing for the great invasion.
Now they are in middle earth...

i would want to edit the existing campaign and perhaps even make a new one to follow the storyline that i made up.

and then there is the decision: should i make it for BFME or BFME2??
i think it will be BFME2 so i can make a new array of Ships
the things that i need are: modellers, skinners, mappers, lots of lessons.
please post your answer. i don't know what to do with this idea.
