Being a fellow writer myself (YES, I am a writer myself), I know how hard it is...
However, I just made a small note, didn't intend to make extra work for you, Matias (it seems you are already full of it )

"Well, I can't argue with that - modding IS hard. But what would have become of games like Starcraft, Warcraft 3, Dungeon Siege, Half-Life 1-2, Neverwinter Nights and BfME 1-2 if we, modders, weren't there ? They would have long been forgotten. Modding is hard, but it's an honorable thing." - MorrisB

I don't mean just that, I mean when you wanted elves and dwarves in, and later the wraiths.three times? :O well, it's not my fault you wanted to have some goodies on each hero hehe, but still, it should he easier to edit things now... like, I add a hero to gondor, a minor one, if you just want to have some dirt on him, it's just a smal edit now, and not a paragraph But still, I understand if you don't want to add anything at all on the hero I just like to read your stuff, I don't need info on all heroes and units

And, as a fellow Tolkien-fan, I'm interested in your opinion about what could have happened to them (and how much would they be fitting into the mod; Lauri thought it's not a bad idea, since Khoragon is a "dark lord" and stuff, but I want to hear you, too) ?

heh, you'd be suprised I'll leave it to him to write his own thoughts, although, your views on the 4th age is very unsimilar
Maybe because I tried to make my own mod once (I mentioned it earlier), and it also took place in the 4th age... but I had other ideas about it (my version of the 4th age began after Sauron's fall, and ended with the death of the Mouth of Sauron or such... this isn't the right place to give details about it).
No complaints, Matias has also a good sense of making up a story and has good imagination. And is loyal to Tolkien, a thing I highly appretiate.

Orcs are spineless creatures and always seek a master to serve, just as you said, and trolls are dumb and easly manipulated by the one who holds great power - Khoragon.
I think it wouldn't cause problems if Rhun would have powers to summon orcs and trolls, since Khoragon has the power to control and lead them (and besides, Khoragon knows that orcs and trolls are effective "tools", doesn't he ?).
NOTE 1 - the number of orcs had greatly reduced after Sauron's fall, we all agree in that. But I think some orc groups had found safe hiding places. And hey, every group has a leader. The orcs have their own leaders, but the source of the problem is that they just seek an "ultimate leader", like Melkor, Sauron... or Khoragon.
Khoragon, by using his sorcery, could call all orcs to him - and so, Rhun could have a power to summon a larger amount of orcs.
NOTE 2 - trolls ? They are rare, but strong, and by a person such as Khoragon has influence over them. If Khoragon could summon the orcs to him, then he can do the same with the trolls - Rhun could have a power to summon 3-4 trolls, that's all.
PS: By the way, is there going to be a REAL campaign ? If yes, then maybe in some maps where Khoragon is controllable, there could be an optional quest to make the orcs and/or trolls in the area join your army, like in certain campaign maps in the original BfME 1 evil campaign.

I like how the lines between good and evil are somewhat blurred.
No mention of Blue Wizards, I see. It's kind of neat to see a Fourth Age concept that doesn't revolve around them.
I'm also glad you and Lauri are interested in doing a campaign, too. A Rhun Fortress map would potentially look amazing. I also hate EA's Umbar map, as it contains no hint of the cities former ties to Gondor.
Good luck with it!
