But uruk scouts are very important .Instead using heavy uruks on the campaign you can use uruk scouts ,and will be more original .

If everybody kneels to my greatness as your new messiah, sell me your soul, and name your first born child after me, I MAY sway the outcome of the next public release on the Uruk's appearance. I MAY.

NOW BOW!

Everyone does scouts, what are you talking about? :)

Besides, I fail to see how 'scouts' should be a mini hero horde, or even late game unit.

Scouts should be a earlier game unit because they have the "mission" to scout the enemy

*Calmly places the idea that the Uruk units without the heavy armour upgrade should use Uruk scout skins. Why? Because it avoids big balance issues and it leaves room for a better m.h.h.*

I've seen the images a while back of Rhiea's Uruks, and they would look great for RJ. No more terrible heavy gold armor....I think. :good:

As far as Uruk Scouts, I'd say no even though they had significance in the movies, but I doubt they would have a purpose in the Isengard faction.

Well the Uruk Scouts could serve as elite archers, faster than the other Uruk-hai, but can't upgrade to heavy armour, can toggle with sword and bow, and have longer range than the crossbowmen, as well as scouting units, like rangers essentially.

hmm, that is an interesting set-up for them. Isengard does sort of lack an elite archer. This may sound like a what-if kind of unit imo.

In the movies the scout was on a warg, so there's always the possibility of having it mounted.

No it wasn't. They had Orcs of the Misty Mountains on them (Hobbit reference FTW).

Read the quote describing the Uruks who killed Boromir. I'd put it down, but I don't have the time at the moment... :good: That should be what the Scouts are like.

And those 100 first Uruks who attacked the fellowship were kinda elite. So I would agree changing deathbringers to scouts

i have trouble calling something a scout and then making it 1337. that just seems silly. a scout would be lightly armed and fast-moving, not loaded up and a damage-dealer.
makes no sense imo.
