I hate the dwarven and elven Cah (and the wizard one), but I like the West and the Evil ones....

Agree with that!

And yeah Nazgul don't hesitate to request!

He might be a little shy/afriad to ask ;)
But this is the exact reason you have modelers, is it not. Well one of the reasons anyway

Yay! ;) Nice to hear! And don't take it as an insult that Naz didn't come and ask for you to do this. He just doesn't want to preassure anyone. It's rather a sign of respect.

I'm also thankful and relieved that you'll be designing some of the models. Converting one CaH to a regular Hero is one thing. Doing it for 10 Heroes is a bit strenuous.

Besides, they are gonna be so much better than the EA constructs. :)

I guess the system just haven't "accepted" you yet? You should be able to wote as a member. Ask admin? :/

About the voting: there are 3 questions so everyone are free to give 3 answers to them =)

@ TDP: Yes... it's not that I'm shy , but I trust that all modelers on the team check the Staff Forums, and that's where I post my requests. And that's where I hope that the modelers who could consider doing them, will pick his assignments :thumbsupsmiley:

I can't vote either, because i already vote the last time, and this is the same poll. Maybe you'll have to erase the poll and make it new.

1, Yes, keep CaH - I use them often!
2, No, if you use them for regular heroes, you might as well remove the CaH!
3, No, I don't think CaH should be used for regular heroes!

Those are my answers and now about them.
1. I would rather keep the CaH because it seems that atleast small group uses them (including me).
2. But if you make normal heroes out of them they aint unique anymore so then they could be removed once and for al
3, I would rather have good reskin than CaH copy. Only hero I think could be done from CaH parts is Mollock.

I agree, except for: I don't like to use the CaH. Also the Uruk and Orc models have some sweet equipment, even if the texturing is not perfect.

But i wouldn't take away the CaH option. I know there are people that like the CaH. And if you are one of those that don't like the CaH, don't use them. It's an OPTION after all.

Yeah I'm not really considering that, I just wanna hear what others think =)

If we do this, I would most likely reskin them (those that we use)

Not for Elves and Dwarves. :thumbsupsmiley:

Anyway, why is poll #1 even a poll/question? Everybody can remove the CAH option by clicking a very special little box, either above or below the Ring Hero option. Sorry for sounding like an ass on this  . But poll number 1 seems redundant. Again sorry for sounding like an ass  .

Hehe np... well yes you can, but not many even know that

And as a matter of fact, the Dwarves are my second favourite after the Evil units. I think they look really Dwarvish! :thumbsupsmiley:

Well, personally I think Elves and Wizards look the worst. The Evil side definitely has the best looking and best options.

I wish in CaH you had different models to choose from, and even if there was a program where you could make your own armor...without modding per se. I wish your orc didn't have to be short and fat with that same face, or your troll could be a cave troll, or even being able to choose weapon craft even more, like between spears, swords, axes, hammers, halberds, lances, everythin. I also think it'd be cool if you had different classes to choose from, like half-trolls, gobliny orcs, an obvious difference between rohan and gondor units, and even spiders (ok, the spdier thing may be a bit much, but still). Finally, more CaH's should be able to bow/wep toggle. Archer troll=Pwn.

Hope any of that is possible.
If I were you and you were me I'd have a different face.

:p GN my friend... I would like that too... but we're not really discussing options on EXPANDING CaH but rather remove them or leave them in, and if we should use them for regular heroes or not :p (Don't worry, we won't remove it though).

Expanding CaH that way would be really cool, but way too much work for something only cosmetical and not even used by all, incl me. Maybe more would use it, but without salary from EA it's kinda hard to just build up the work list forever... :p

They should hire us for curing their game and making it popular again, and sell it for a resonable price in a nice Special Extended Edition box, with a Behind the Scenes DVD where we intervju the T3A community and the SEE crew... Wouldn't that be nice :D :p *dreaming* With some cash flow and resources there's really no limit to what we can do with this game, and I guess similar games after it... *freakin out* :p

Ok, I'm back on Earth again now... :p
Anyway. Cool idea, but not really the issue here =)

You know there was that member who posted you a reskinned version of a Gondor CaH so that it looks like Imrahil.
I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

Why add just a regular Citedel Gaurd but not the Prince of Dol Amrtoh?

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
