Blade with whom I have lived,
Blade with whom I now die,
Serve right and justice one last time,
Seek one last heart of evil,
Still one last life of pain,
Cut well old friend, and then... farewell

I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

PyRo, you've probably got a long time to wait, as the team has said only once everything is absolutely, 100% finalized that they update those faction pages. The bright side is that that means the mod is at least 37.5% complete now (more I guess, with all these new sneak peeks showing all the other skins and animations done). I am right in assuming this, right? If I'm not, sorry... lol

Actually I find this a very useful combination (in the original game at least, I don't know what the team have planned for the mod ), especially when your playing with Rohan (Peasants + Rohirrim = good trap for normal infantry). It is logical, and I can bet a fair amount that this tactic was used in the Medieval Ages.but not something like cavalry-infantry combination thats nonxence i think..... and there should be an decombinate button i think!
That last part of the quote got me thinking: is it possible to make a keyboard shortcut that makes that selected combo battalion/s separate?
...The Journey doesn't end here; death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass. And then you see it. White shores...and beyond. A far green country, under a swift sunrise...
...Many folk like to know beforehand what is to be set on the table; but those who have laboured to prepare the feast like to keep their secret; for wonder makes the words of praise louder...
...Stand, Men of the West! Stand and wait! This is the hour of doom... ~ Gandalf the White, The Return of the King

By the way, will units have the Guard button on their Palantir? Because that thing's pretty pointless - I always use the shortcut.

and o course if you de-combine units you get them in that way back how you have combined them.... without the level difference (that means the level will not be taken from the "old" units before combining!
ok so the cavalry-infantry is maybe a good combination....
i just hope there will be much combinations of mainfactions and minifactions

I'm a little confused here...and o course if you de-combine units you get them in that way back how you have combined them.... without the level difference (that means the level will not be taken from the "old" units before combining!
Hehe, I'm not trying to make you like the combo...I'm just pointing out that there are benefits, and pretty big ones too.ok so the cavalry-infantry is maybe a good combination....

I'm a little confused here...and o course if you de-combine units you get them in that way back how you have combined them.... without the level difference (that means the level will not be taken from the "old" units before combining!
i mean for example: you have a bat gondor rangers at level 2 and a bat gondor soldiers on level 3... the soldiers totaly upgraded...
now you combine them and that combo is a level 3 of course... you buy the other upgrades (fire arrows)...
now you fight with that combo and get it on level 5... now you want to decombine them....
you now have a ranger bat on level 5 with the fire arrow and the bat soldiers on level 5 with there upgrades...
so...
now you have the soldiers and the towerguardians. !soldiers only upgraded!
combine them and you have all with all upgrades of course...but if you decombine them the towerguardians have no upgrades (maybe the banner upgrade if they have leveled) but the soldiers have all like before!
hope you have understand that......
So next topic:
my examples for the existing factions:
Mirkwood:
Sindarin: Warrior + Sindarin: Sword-master
Sword-master in front and Warriors at back (there have warriors the bows and the sword-master a weapontoogle)
Sindarin: Path-watcher + Sindarin: Sword-master
the same idea
Sindarin: Forest-folk + Sindarin: Path-watcher
the same idea without weapon toogle
Sindarin: Forest-folk + Sindarin: Warrior
the same idea with weapontoogle for the warriors
Sindarin: Hunter + Sindarin: Forest-folk
Hunter with bow ,no weapon toogle
Sindarin: Hunter + Sindarin: Sword-master
Hunter with weapontoogle, Sword-master with Spears
Sindarin: Hunter + Sindarin: Hunter
weapontoogle but all the same weapon
Sindarin: Warrior + Sindarin: Warrior
weapontoogle but all the same weapon
Mordor:
Orc Warriors + Orc Archers
i think its clear like in the original game
Black Uruks of Mordor + Orc Archers
just the swords in front
Battering Ram + Orc Warriors
warriors are surround the ram
Legions of Morgul + Morgul Archers
Legions surround the archers
Morgul Pike-bearers + Morgul Archers
Same like Legions
Gaolers + Morgul Archers
i think thats clear
Gaolers + Orc Archers
is clear
Gaolers + Morgul Pike-bearers
is also clear i think
Soldiers of Rhun + Easterling Archers
should be clear
Easterling Warriors +Easterling Archers
is also clear
Gondor: will follow tomorrow! thats all confusing
