The Tower of Sorcery. This will be unlockable through the Rhûn spellbook and allows you to recruit a few undead units.
And for you hatchists: this tower sports a magic hatch that is invisible to the naked eye because it serves the aesthetic better.

I think this was started four years ago, while I think the last thing you worked on was The Four Ages with the Spaniard, morgoth-something. So I don't think so
