The models are really simple, and not even binded or skinned. You should put stuff ingame to make people interested, or at least make proper renders with binded and skinned models
i dont know how to bind or skin(im learning).
fine will change evil men to angmar or a different one(post it).
And if the mod succeeds i will add hobbits.
yea il try eagles skin colour will change to brown not white. The models are very good and the skinning will be good as well. Can you make a model which will look like fellbeasts or eagles?Something like that?It would be great.

Rather listen to Ithron He knows alot and propably best way to start off is editing existing skins, not doing 100%scratch. But still as you are still learning, dont feel put down now that you actually gotten into skinning and modelingDo not listen to him.You are still learning.

and also, instead of making more and more unbinded models, and skins, try to learn binding... binding is what most of us "modellers" do around here I do belive it's only a few that doesnt' reuse EA's models everytime

So actually imo its better to let some one know if their work needs work, not just say that they are good and go on with no advices how to improve them
But about Guess Who's skins, offcourse they need work but if he would just use Ea's skins as base they would propably turned out fine when binded and in-game

It would be nice to see some stuff ingame, so you should start binding and coding soon (unskinned, badly skinned or unbinded models won't make people go crazy about this mod).
But you should continue doing this mod, it may have a bright future if you work hard

ok, ok, no hard feelings But if he's still learning, skinning from scrathc isn't the thing to do (kitbash instaead). But if you still want to skin from scracth, try to add more shadows/highlights/detail ti the skins

i will but some days i feel like giving up and some i dont. but i dont know how to use photoshop with all its features so just a question: so i paint it then change the style thing to shadow then paint over it again???
i cant get the eyes right or the detail?
but what faction should i add instead of evil men? angmar? dunedain? hobbits?Numenor?or a different one,
or just leave 1 faction and edit the other factions more?.
and since im new to photoshop if i practise heaps i will learn.

also heres the 2d art for it
Well would it be better that we just praise Guess Who's skins to the heavens when actually they need alot more work ? You just said that they are goooood, you said nothing constructive

If I would be you I would rather just not include another faction but if you really want to add another one, add Hobbitsbut what faction should i add instead of evil men? angmar? dunedain? hobbits?Numenor?or a different one,
or just leave 1 faction and edit the other factions more?.

Also about your updated warg skin, I can definetly see improvement there Just keep adding shadows, slightly different colours to different parts etc etc...
