[Theory]

Some errors that is very common:

Soviet Voice: The voice from the Soviet Faction only happened once when I selected it, but they no longer have voice when I order them to move. (As in: Voices only happens when I select them, but not ordering them to attack, or move.) Is it common?

M.A.D. Tank Issues: When I deploy it to self-destruct, Instead, I hear some weird voice, and the tank vanishes. Very odd if you ask me.

Tanya: Shouldn't Hero unit only have one? Both sides can recruit more than one Tanya.

Vehicles aren't visible...

Either the installer has bugged out (so you'd need to quit the mod, tell it to remove the files and then try again) or there's something in your RA2 folder that's clashing.
