Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.
I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

-A feel suggestions:
-Galadriel is too weak.
- Substitut the mirror of Galadriel power by someone ligate with the water.
-The camouflage dont function very good against the computer.
-I think thats is best chose the Elven faction or Harad/Rhun before the game beggins, to determine the computer faction.
PS: My english is legible?

-Galadriel is too weak.
Maybe.. Galadriel in her later levels gets a lot of offensive powers. Mostly air-elemental though, which would be in-accurate iirc because she has the ring of water. Anyways, she has a twister power, a power that works like the Angmar fell-wind ring power, and another power that works exactly like Gandalf's Istari Light. Galadriel is strong in her later levels but I do kind of agree with you that she gets cut down by units fast...
- Substitut the mirror of Galadriel power by someone ligate with the water.
Are you talking about Galadriel's power to summon the "Mirror of Galadriel" or the structure itself ? For the structure itself, I think that it can stay because it does suit Lothlorien. One thing to keep in mind is that Rivendell, Mirkwood, and Lothlorien all have different structures like wells so I think that Mirror of Galadriel can stay as a structure (if it hasn't been changed already).
As for her power, I think it can stay as well because one of the purposes of the Elven rings was to perserve things (for lack of a better word). In a way this is represented by Galadriel's ability to summon the Mirror of Galadriel because it would heal and help perserve your units.
-The camouflage dont function very good against the computer.
I think stealth is going to get improved in the next public beta.... But I would have to expand on this. Care to share some examples of how the stealth system isn't working for you?
-I think thats is best chose the Elven faction or Harad/Rhun before the game beggins, to determine the computer faction.
If I remember correctly (iirc) the team is still working on the AI system for Harad/Rhun, Arnor, and the Elves.

I'd swap the Mirror summon to, say, a power that reveals the whole map. This shows her ability to spy on the world using the mirror.
Or... How about you could see the directions of the enemy?! You know, like when you press Z and go into Command Mode you can see all the paths your units will take. The Mirror shows things in the future, so she could "see" what the enemy is about to do before they're even there. How about that, no?
Mike, all your concepts are awesome except maybe for the two Fortresses. I didn't like them so much - whereas all the other Fortresses are actual castles, this one's just a hill with a shiny moat. I'd make the hill taller, covered with flets and trees and torches (the flets could be an upgrade) with maybe just one magic door. No moat, it looks silly. And really cover the whole thing in vines and trees, and a very light mist. Oh, and here are the proposed Mirkwood Fortress upgrades I came up with:
Butterflies of Greenwood
Cost: 650
Acts exactly like the Banners upgrade other fortresses have except it's actually lots of butterflies surrounding the fortress. Prevents nearby units from being debuffed.
Living Woods (?):
Cost: 1200
Creates a small ditch filled with brambles and the like or just plain lush area around the fortress. Improves fortress armor and possibly debuffs nearby enemies a little in speed and attack?
Halls of Thranduil
Cost: 1700
Heroes revive cheaper and faster and increases the amount of units who can be garrisoned in the Deepwood Hall expansions and lets them heal. Adds small torches around the fortress, and adds extra archers to the Flet expansions, giving each an extra two attacks.
Heart of the Forest:
Cost: 2000
Covers the fortress in vines and a quite thick grey mist. Increases fortress armor and stealths nearby infantry. Important since fortress armor is initially quite low.
Power of Mirkwood/Elven Deception (?):
Cost: 2500
Adds extra multicoloured torches around the fortress (?). Can be used every five minutes or so. When used creates a several bright flashes or one large flash from the torches and increases the density of the mist. Neaby enemies are stunned/blinded/debuffed/flee/whatever. Shows the light tricks that the Wood Elves used to confuse Thorin & Co. Requires Heart of the Forest.
Here are my expanison ideas...
Mirkwood Tree Flet
Cost: 500
A small defensive flet that fires arrows at invaders. The Halls of Thranduil upgrade mounts two archers on each flet, while Power of Mirkwood gives them all Silverthorn Arrows.
Deepwood Hall
Cost: 500
A small wooden hall or cave entrance that garrisons one battallion (Halls of Thranduil upgrade increases garrison capacity to two and heals units within).
Ent Verdant
Cost: 1200
An stationary ent, basically, like EA did. It doesn't really look good with Rohan, which can have Banners in any case. The Heart of the Forest upgrade increases health and speed.
