The personal carrier would be a little week for infentry protection. It could be a way to move cargo or to deploy turrents

Didn't the rebs have some tipe of Super weapon. Like umm....... Oh yeah Centerpoint station Corellia was sopporting the alliance right. I thought the rebs had control of it but never used it That would be a nice touch ^_^

I suggested it based on something from the star wars miniatures game. And no, the Rebels didn't have Centerpoint. I suggest you re-read the relevant articles.

On the subject of transports; http://starwars.wiki.../wiki/Amphibion.

Good idea, though wasn't that already suggested?

Are you asking about Darksaber? We've investigated most of the game vehicles already.

They almost certainly used some of those, but not really that many.

You'd think the NR would have a New Class program for ground vehicles, but those always seem to get shortchanged in the EU.

I agree with you there. It's just irritating how little attention gets paid to the military, even the space forces.

Do you want the paper I wrote on the New Republic military a year ago? I based it off the Black Fleet Crisis books.

For the Gungan indigenous species in addition to having shields they could have a stun feature, the boomas for vehicles and electropoles for infantry.
Or there could be two Gungan units one could be the Otolla that use Boomas that are longer range and do more damage to vehicles than the Ankura's weaponry and but they have less hp and damage potential due to being weaker physically.
The Ankura could use double bladed Electropoles that stun infantry but due almost no damage and no stunning effect on heavy vehicles. They would have higher attack power though and more HP due to being stronger
A minor Hero could be the Bombad General who rides into battle on a Kaadu and use Cestas that can both throw Boomas and physically hit infantry. They should also give bonuses to all Gungans on the map
Another Gungan unit could be the towed shield generator used in the battle of Naboo that would have a smaller enclosed area than a regular shield generator and have very weak HP. The Shield Generator should also be very slow.
All Gungan Units should have a blaster reflective ability due to their special energy shield.

Hmm, while your ideas are valid, I don't believe overhauling the Gungan Grand Army is even remotely the priority for Land.

They weren't active in the war. I don't think they were even mentioned.

According to Wookiepedia they temporally drove back the Imperials from Theed then they came back. A few Gungans also apparently worked on the Tantaive V then immediatly after the Battle of Endor they completely repelled the Empire from Naboo

It's only according to Galaxies. But I suppose that it is completely irrelavant.

If Yoda is still going to be in Conquest, I think it may be smart to make him VERY valuable in space by way of battle meditation. My idea is that he would be in the largest and most powerful ship in the fleet, lest there is a ship or squadron set to be deployed first. In that case, he would be in a normal hero transport. As for the stats... I would recomend +15% attack for all allied units on the map and -15% percent for all enemies.

Is that damage or accuracy you are referring to? Because I would make it accuracy. Seems like it takes things a lot longer than it should to blow stuff up. Now, I know that's because Phoenix Rising made the shield values canon, but a lot of it seems like shots miss too often.

Besides, Battle Meditation won't magically make lasers more powerful. However, it certainly can improve gunnery.

You can't regulate accuracy at all, the closest approximations would be using defense to make units more or less vulnerable or damage to make targeting more or less precise. Yoda probably should be more useful in space combat though.
