Looks cool, I think there are a few options about how it can be inlcuded:
1) Intro/Cinematics
2) Easter Egg
3) Level 1 Rideable Mount (loses it by level 2 meaning its for the early gamers)
4) Part of a Spellbook Power (Firework Rider - Gandalf races through the battlefield firing fireworks as he passes through) lol

Firework Rider could be a great anti-air units spell!

theres just eagles, and fellbeasted nazghuls though
but would be cool if he could send forth that Dragon Firework ( the one pipin and meri fired up )

that wouldnt really be hard to do, just use the effects of that attack of drogoth..
