Those Rangers were part of the late Rhovanion Alliance mod!

they're great, but this still brings back sad memories. :) *tries to refrain from shedding a tear*

Still, hats of to Dain. :good:
I will remember Rhovanion Alliance, RIP .

The chain mail of the bottom looks a bit messed up. But you know, nothing important. The rest look great =)

As usual, fantastic. Anyways, concerning earlier, it would actually take more time to craft a suit of chainmail/platemail and a sword than a catapult. Wood was a common occurance in the Northern Realm, and it wouldn't surprise me if fiberous plants for rope weren't too hard to come by, either. Metal took weeks to forge successfully, whereas it would only take about a week or so to make a fully-functional catapult.

However, they'd find plenty of mail lying around in Tyrn Gorthad, where the original rangers lurked...

CIL: Eriador is not a siege-based faction. It will take lots of time and resources for them to get prepared for a siege, much moreso than other factions. The specifics will be ironed out in testing, but that's the base thought process for them. Done and done.

I'm well aware of that fact. I'm talking about realism. Anyways, from what I hear, Eriador will be somewhat Isen-ish in that they will have a great economy. In that case, I don't mind. Anyways, I still do trust that the mod is in good hands and that the bugs and balance issues will be rooted out before the mod is released. If I didn't, would I be here?

Oh, he's talking about the sort of realism that it's impossible to put in without fatally damaging the membrane and integrity of the game engine. Nothing too serious, but I suppose he demands it because anything else is against the Lore.

The exact sort of realism that destroys all the fun in the SEE mod......that's just my opinion though.

Yeah, the type of realism I'm talking about would rather screw the pig, the pig being the mod/game. Anyways, enough. Just place faith in the moders.
