And especially especially the fortress maps. And especially especially especially Minas Tirith.


Well duh, you're not going to find much room. I think that buildplots will be implemented in any case.

The music tracks playing as Angmar are the same as playing the other added factions.

Actually, after playing the others, I've noticed it's just Angmar. ;)

I've been playing the new update all last night and this morning, each time against the MotE and they have never built Mumakil in the skirmishes. I started a few games with just me and MotE and allied with them to watch them build and after about 10 minutes, they do build them, but it seems in actual battle skirmish, they aren't doing it. I'm assuming something with their priority for building is stopping it. Sounds like a bug to me though.

EDIT: Well, I played a match with two friends tonight vs MotE, Goblins and Mordor on Lebennon I think the map was called and MotE sent streams of Mumakil at us. It was epic. Not sure why they chose to do it that time and build none the other times.

Right now they only pick rhun as the starting faction I believe. That might have something to do with it.

Only a minor bug but the death animation for the mountain giant skeleton repeats 3 times before disappearing.
And the nazgul still can't be reviced sometimes when they die in MOTE. ;)
Lastly, but I'm sure if its a bug or something I'm doing. The game crashes when an army I'm playing (in these cases rohan and arnor) are defeated by my allies.

I was playing online with my friend (who adds his thanks for a fantastic mod) when we both saw something surreal. Arnor Mounted Knights od Dol Armouth rode right through his MotE wall (Rhun). The wall had been there for several minutes so it was not in the process of construction.
Also, when I am the elves, there seems to be a random chance of being able to recruit other elven faction units. E.g. I research the beacon upgrade and get the dormitory expansion for the barracks. When I call in reinforcements from the fortress, it won't allow me to build any extra units; but sometimes it will. ;)
And you probably know this already but the new factions can't have custom heroes, except arnor.

On the whole though, you've extended the longetivity of this game by several years at least ;)

Yoda, you are my hero; perhaps i'll check the previous posts next time ;)

EDIT: Before I forget: With the Inns, I noticed in an earlier post that the upgrades weren't working. I can't confirm that because for some reason, when the Inn is destroyed, I can't repair it. I was left capturing a pile of rubble which i couldn't build units from. ;)

WotR still crashes as Arnor. Glorfindel's skin is still HIDEOUS (we all hate the orange cloak with a passion, I think). And Glorfindel's hair is not silver, although that can easily be left alone for now.

Mordor:
Orc Trackers don't shoot fire arrows when upgraded.

Arnor:
Hobbit House has Gondor's Stable's "building ground textures"

I'm suspecting that Arnor, Rohan, and MOTE's AI don't all work on some maps, I did one on one same faction battles and Rohan and Mote were unresponsive. Map was Celedin River for Rohan, Mirkwood for MOTE.

For the Cirith Ungol map, I found out that you CAN build there but it's hard to build inside the tower.
There's only, like, 4 spots to build inside the tower.

hi!!
I have some problems…

- Angmar faction: when using the "Sorcerer", and "the well of souls", the wight are for an unlimited time… can solve?

- In the "inn" can not use the heroes from other factions

- and the War of the Ring mode, "elves" can not be used

What I've found so far:

- Rivendell farms have purple buildings on snow maps. I was playing on very low settings.

Same for me, there's still the EA Elven buildings, and when playing in a WOTR map, the porters have nothing to build. Also, the starting units for the Elves are the old EA ones.

Mote: Soldiers of Ruhn on the Wotr queue. either Soldiers of Illusion or Battalion, I can't remember at the moment. :) Had a random game.dat playing against Gondor in one of the new Gondor territories. Combined Soldiers of Rhun when using porcupine become single, useless units.

Arnor: Not sure if you wanted him removed, but Glorfindel is available to produce on the WOTR map. Mithlond Sentries and Archers are uncombinable.

Rohan's banner carrier upgrade for the Cavalry doesn't work aswell. You can purchase it but the units can't click on it for upgrading.

Whilst playing on wotr with the elves I noticed a design flaw, because the elves have to chose a fortress before they can build buildings when you go in an rts battle the porters can't build anything.

This isn't really a bug but a design flaw in the elves, however saying this I think the elves are fantastic

Alone of all the Noldor, he used a curved sword.

The people of the Heavenly Arch was arrayed in many colours and their arms were set with with jewels and their shields was blue as the sky.Egalmoth got out of the burning Gondolin and came to the Mouth of Sirion

:) During the War of the Rings playing style, Elves really suffer on 99% of the maps in rts mode. Elves start with two builders who can't build anything, as there is no fortress to define whether or no the Elves are Lothlorien or Rivendell. So all that's left is two useless builders and no way of getting resources / creating training grounds. Even on defense, when there IS a fortress, I can't choose Lothlorien or Rivendell and thus is left again with builders who just can't build a thing. I can actually only build buildings on like maps like Minas Tirith... :(

Arnor:
Since 1.05.6 I noticed that as Arnor you couldn't purchase the Dunedain, elven and Istari upgrades when you played a fortress map (Minas tirith, Erebor)
When I played Arnor in a fortress level in 1.06. I found this stayed the same... however.
I noticed that Mote can purchase the Dunedain, elven and Istari upgrades from their fortress (in fortress levels)?? ;)
Just think it's a little mixup or something, just to let you know.

Inn:
I can't combine the squads trained from the inn.
The knights of Dol Armoth trained from the inn don't gain experience.

I really like the Ithillien hideout, really nice and handy as a sentry tower or base defence. :p
Love the new elven look.
And the darker colorings and mithrill armor of the dwarves, very nice! :)

Elves have old buildings in RJ maps.
Mote: Brigands of Rhun and Variags of Khand can't be combined. Archers from both sides don't shoot fire arrows when upgraded. Combined Haradrim Riders don't get a Banner Carrier after upgrading it. Building catapults in the Rhun Armory doesn't increase it's experience. Fire Stones for catapults are available to upgrade even before the upgrade is researched.

Rohan in a Wotr skirmish has unresponsive AI.
