Well I'm up to 20 now! Gosh that's progress. You don't have to lift it far by the way - there's a midpoint where going further doesn't benefit you at all. Like with sit-ups; it's the first 20 degrees which are important. And my squats are better too...
Can't believe you lot tried it - how influential I am :shiftee2:

This should go in celebrate but fuck it: I'm no longer on crutches!
No running for three months though

You're supposed to hold it six inches off the floor for five seconds then lower it, without letting it touch the floor at any time. That's a proper leg lift. I can hold it/carry on doing them for around four minutes, but that's because, as with Radspakr, I'm a martial artist and thus have quite a lot of practice.

I vent that I'm not asleep yet, so I'm going to sleep until about 2 tomorrow and thus not being able to sleep until about this time tomorrow night. Sleep patterns suck

It does indeed. There should've just been a switch that puts you to sleep for 8 hours by default (or you may tune it) and also with a Needed Hours feature, so you can see if you need an extra 30 minutes to really catch up one day, to be optimal.

Ah, the dreams

The only reason to have a vinyl player is if you're a DJ. Ridder, are you a DJ or are you just a hipster?

Records do certainly sound better on vinyl. Also, they have more artwork.

I vent that I just added a massive amount of work to my already large LW workload, but it's one of those that should be worth it when it's done.
Till then I guess I'll keep plugging away.
