A spell with a terrible fast reacharge timer

Bombard the SPELL. That's what/ I've seen it kill whole armies.

Incidentally, that supposedly useless Dwarven 25pp Summon Citadel spell is far more useful than Earthquake, especially in team matches, because it helps establish map control and your teammate can garrison units in it to give him access to Dwarven builders, thus allowing your Isengard teammate to send a Beserker backdoor through a mineshaft or other such crazy-cool and unexpected attacks.

we were taling about arrow barrage (rain of arrows ,volley ,archers range attack ) not that meteor spell
