Our lotr.str file ist more than 500 pages long.
There are some team members who are translating this file, but it takes... some time. :crazed:

I remember it was my second voluntary job with ElvenstarMod1, right after adjusting the music scripts.

I want to update the Shagrat model the same way, but we need to edit the Ugluk model (which I would use as base) first and get rid of any binding errors... (See Ugluk reskinned topic). :party:

You don't want to run into any of them :party:

Ugluk is using Lurtz's animations, isn't he? Maybe change it to, say, Gondorian Soldiers for a bit more variaty?

I thought along those lines too, but some models don't really fit the other skeletons (anims), as the number of bones (coordinated within the 3D model) might differ, and thus you get binding errors like chunks and blocks of streched texture... Ugluk has no bow so he's only moving like Lurtz, when Lurtz is in sword toggle. Mauhur is uning crossbow anims (obviously), and his model has some slight binding problems too. The most noticeable is the free hand looking a bit twisted... but hey, it's not excatly high poly count models to begin with, hehe
