Why does alcohol not count? It has been proven to be more harmful and cause more deaths per year then some other drugs. Cigarettes, I understand completely.

That really sucks. Now I have to search my collective mind to see if somehow I heard of it before I made it. I actually asked a bartender tonight if he ever heard of it and he said no. What an ego crushing moment...

I'm sure the former user of that trademark wouldn't really mind if you use it too, if the mix is strong enough (guess you'll need plenty of Vodka) ... or name it like "Balrog Special" in addition.
