Lovely work, the new stuff is awesome (i think Glorf's audio worked really well too)
Just a couple of things:
The elven statue and stables both use 'S' as a shortcut key. Maybe 'V' for Tribute of the Valar?
Also (really picky one ) but perhaps the Elven hero commandset should be in order of value? so...
1.Cirdan 2.Haldir 3.Arwen 4.Legolas 5.Thraduil 6.Elrond 7.Celeborn 8.Glorfindel 9.Galadriel (i think that's right..)
Otherwise, brilliant.

...The Journey doesn't end here; death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass. And then you see it. White shores...and beyond. A far green country, under a swift sunrise...
...Many folk like to know beforehand what is to be set on the table; but those who have laboured to prepare the feast like to keep their secret; for wonder makes the words of praise louder...

Wasn't there a problem with the mount/dismount? Something about unmounted units being able to trample I think? If this has been fixed then by all means, try it out . It might (might) make them a little overpowering though...

Also, i don't know how much we should be chopping and changing the original mod. I think Rohan is pretty well balanced as it is
I think Glorf is pretty good, but if people are keen to do some audio, Celeglin and the scout could use some voice too.

Second: I think Cel orginally wanted them to do both, but the coding was limited at the time. Don't quote me on it just yet though.

I'm up for that .I think Glorf is pretty good, but if people are keen to do some audio, Celeglin and the scout could use some voice too.

Haldir mentioned summoned royal guards of theoden and Hama being enough but these units are for a limited time and dissappear and royal guards rly should get the mount ability because thats what the rohirrim are good at: fighting on horseback and the most elite unit of Rohan not being able to mount doesnt make sense.
edit: If you want to know why I want the royalguards to be able to mount/dismount is because Rohan is my favourite faction and the royal guards my favourite unit. lol

And even if Rohan's most elite unit isn't mounted, doesn't really take away anything from the flavour of the faction (at least, in my opinion). Rohan still gets the cheapest, most versatile mounted units with the lowest amount of command points. Don't forget, the Royal Guards (unmounted) were created as a substitute for the loss of the Elven Warriors. And on a side note, it would make Theoden's and Hama's summons a little redundant.
Exactly, this was my initial problem with it.The voice of Glorf fits, but what he says doesn't. Since when does Glorfindel shout "For Mithlond!" in the middle of a battle, or claims that he fights for the havens? They're good voices, but not perfect for glorf.

As for the Royal Guards, perhaps we can give them the mount ability at level 4 or so? This would make them mainly an infantry unit but with a mount ability for the higher levels. We can also keep their stats and price the same this way. What does everyone think?
