"Thank you for informing this to us. I will forward this to my supervisor and be assured it will be sent to the concerned department too. "
I also e-mailed Apoc about the site.

I'm not downloading a 900MB illegal file to check, but he claimed on the ModDB page he said he'd changed a lot of stuff from ICFRA. Though on the website he says it's a close remake of RA so he can't have changed much from ICFRA or it wouldn't be a close remake of RA.
He also claimed he hadn't stolen a massive quantity of art assets, said my coding was "a mess" when it's just normal RA2 coding and if you read the website a lot of it sounds like he's reworded things that I've said about ICFRA in the past (he specifically mentions the right click scrolling from RA2 for example, which is the exact reason ICFRA exists and I've said this several times including in the fairly recent Revora interview which was linked from the ICRA profile).
I noticed on the website today that he also says people from the community were contacting him on behalf of people who never contacted him directly to complain, which is another lie as he posted on ICFRA's ModDB profile a long time ago about his mod and I told him he didn't have permission to use the assets.

He's not getting any exposure from the places that would grant him either the biggest audience (ModDB) or the most interested audience (the C&C community) so it's probably not going to get much attention anymore.
I've still not heard back from Apoc, though I imagine he's busy with pre-launch PR for C&C4 and the fact the team is being disbanded, but according to the customer support person who contacted me the website has been passed onto the relevant people so hopefully EA will take the site out and then there'll be no download for people to get.
The general consensus seems to be that the people supporting him are just him using other accounts because of the similarity of the writing style, and if you look at the guild site it only has one member - him. If I was trying to do something and knew I had some supporters I'd have asked them to join it.

Did you ever make your terrain public, like to see it, if its public maybe I could use it in my campaign/mod when I get mine fixed.
