Note that it's still not actually 'legally acceptable', but it's more legally acceptable than as a mod for a non-LOTR game.

Don't you think EA is less likely to send C&D letters if you make a BFME mod for one of their games than Saul Zaentz (or whoever else owns the particular rights to LotR) is if you make a completely new game based on LotR?

Ok.I have some plans to write The 3rd Age about hosting(we have a lot of interesting materials)...but now...i dont think The 3rd Age should be a place only for bfme mods
