Looks fantastic but im not to sure why but to me it doesnt look like a warg pen.. I mean parts of it do (e.g: cage) but the taller part seems off to me.

I like the design.

Will there be an animation for it?

Like an Orc dangling food or something like that.

The bars of the cage look a bit plain they could use some rust or something.

Honestly, I never got clear on how to animate structures. What does the process entail? How do you do it?

Same as a unit you just don't bind the static parts.

You could try the Orc from the Troll Cage he has animation that might work for taunting with food.

Don't know 'bout you, but I'd say he could do with a bit more skin definition/detail to match the helmet. Otherwise, I like it, it's very unique.

Damn straight. Will the new one get anything to make him easier to spot as the hero, compared to normal units? I mean, it's neat if he's harder to spot since the enemy won't be able to target him easily. And also the fact that orcs don't give a shit about looking the rank. But I guess being the lone wolf will make him stand out anyways..

Is that a factor now? :p I don't know, he's supposed to be permanently mounted on an armored Warg. Probably get scaled up a bit too.

Looks pretty cool, maybe darken the rocks a tad though.
