So don't worry to any who do
I just realise I forgot to mention this before but the whole building upgrade will be removed.
Just like Bfme1, you have to buy units/upgrades etc. to level it up.

Most Wild buildings will have slaves to protect it.
The radius of the slaved units will be very small so they shall not be running all over your camp defending all your buildings
Obviously depending on what building it is, it will vary on what unit guards it and how many.
When Buildings level up, there is a possibility that more units will be spawned to protect it.
When an upgrade is bought such as Scavenged Armour, all slaved units shall be granted that upgrade if the original unit can use it.
Other Factions might have this ability in the future but for now, only the Wild faction shall use it.

Another Note,
To balance the whole slaved units thing for Mordor, I will add a different slaved effect for Mordor.
When you purchase an Alliance Upgrade, you gain slaved units from that faction.
So, when you purchase the Harad Alliance Upgrade, you will gain Haradrim units slaved to the fortress.

I know it's not as good as most of the good modders but it's still acceptable... I guess:

I had a question concerning a legal matter, am I legally allowed to put RotWK models/skins into Bfme2?
Or is it against Copyright laws to do so?
Cheers
was asking myself the same thing in my last work.. not just models, but 3rd party stuff.. That i know, as theres not commecial
effect or indulgence, at least for the models from ROTK (wich are from the same studio, so.. ) theres no pain =)
And finally, its all good advertising to EA. ^^

EA no longer support or sell the games so there is no way they can be out of pocket from it now.
Truth be told I'm not sure if it ever was illegal for us to, since we are modders already work in a grey area somewhat covered by Fair use.
I can't think of any mods that have received a Cease and Desist notice from EA and I think we misinterpreted the term "Reverse Engineer" which was our rough understanding.
As a rule we use copyrighted material in our mods all the time and don't make any profit of them.
Stuff like using screenshots from the movies for textures, using sound samples or the soundtrack would be a breach of copyright.
As would a large chunk of Dwarf Holds and other mods that use the Games Workshop designs.
I think we don't officially endorse it because it leads to laziness, lack of creativity and a deterioration of the quality of our mods.
But we draw our own interpretations.

Because that is lazy
But I want to change the skins of some things or steal parts of models and such.
Would that be okay with the forums?
