The Focus abilities are always available from whenever you purchase the spellbook power. As long as the citadel hasn't been destroyed, Saruman doesn't have to be there.

And getting that to work was a goddamn pain, I tell you.
I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

Think it might be time to return to Isengard after the where cast off in the favour of the Dwarves. Love the implementation of Saruman, gives him that sense of power I always felt was lacking in his vanilla version. Was just wondering whether this was getting released through Desura as at the moment it only seems to be version 0.5 available?

My guess is that you'd download 0.5 and just patch it using the patcher.

The new stuff from the updates hasn't been released yet, but will be soon. The latest version currently available is 0.551 - which you patch to using the updater included in the 0.5 download (as Rad mentioned)
