The closest one is the Yunru & Libra ones since they're made from some Anime Drawings. The New Tanya Cameo is IIRC based on this one http://www.deviantar.../Tanya-98767189with her pistol replaced with the new rifle. The Norio one is done by Blubb I guess.

Hi, as you can see, I'm new,  but I'm playing this mod for a very long time, and I enjoy it, although I would like the campaing to have an easier difficulty.

Well, to the point, maybe it would be problematic, but I do have suggestion to a new sub-faction/units.
Israel, yeah, I know that some of you might not like it, but I think it does make sense, why?

Because as far as I know, Rashidi is in Africa, Israel sits on a stratigic location, some might call it "The land bridge between Africa to Euroasia" And it is an Allies affiliated state, mostly surrounded with enemies that are much bigger than it, and still wins, somehow (most of the surrounding nations were soviet affiliated), but due to some international pressure, it developed quite impressive military industry, Including aircrafts, ships, tanks, and small arms (the Uzi for example).

Since it is a small state, they won't have Aircraft Carrier, but a missile ship.

Without fuerther due, here are my suggestions for the Israeli units:

 

Theme: survivability of units, because being a smaill state with much bigger enemies, Israel can't allow itself to lose many people, so their units tend to be well traind and well armored.

 

Lavi (lit: Young Lion): Advanced ground attack plane\interceptor

Price: 1750

Armament: Vulcan 20 mm cannon, 2 AT/AA missiles (Python 4).

Prerequisite: Airforce Command HQ (Tech Lab?)

The peak of Israeli aerospace industry, considered as one of the best airplanes to be designed, fast and agile, this aircraft just went out of the drawing board and is brand new, and this war will be the first time to ever put to use, due to the Israeli focus on the survivalability of its pilots, this airplane has an eject seat/laser defence/armor buff (what the engine of YR if capable of), but it won't stand much AA fire for long.

 

Enlisted (replaces G.I.):

Price: 250$

Armament: Tavor assult rifle, Negev machine-gun (deployed).

Young people of Israel coming to defend thier land, they are well trained and equiqed, the Tavor assult rifle uses laser pointer in order to be precise and when deplyed, they use the Negev for more firepower.

 

Merkava (lit: Chariot): Main Battle Tank

Armament: IMI MG251 120mm cannon ("Wind-Shield" againts Anti-Tank missles?).

Special ability: crraying troops in it (the troops can't fire from within).

The pride of the Israeli armor industry, the Merkava is a maint battle tank that can go toe to toe with almost any main battle tank, but it wil lose to Qllin and Rihnos, but unlike them, the Merkava can carry 2 troops and take them to the battlefield, acting as a heavly armed APC. The Merkava is uniqe due to having its engine the the fornt, effectively increasing its armor (and maybe like, some other units, may continue to operate as a gun turrent?), protecting its crew from being killed.

 

Sayeret Matkal\Shayetet 13(Replaces Navy SEALs) (lit: General Staff Reconnaissance Unit\Flotilla 13):

Armamet: Micro-Tavor Assult rile, C4 charges.

Prerequisites: Airforce Command HQ, Barracks.

Special ability: Stealth, Amphibious, detects stealth and submerged units.

The best, and one of the most desired positions in the IDF, Sayeret Matkal is one of the most celebrated special operations units in the world, taking only the best men to its ranks, the men of the Sayeret going through strict decipline , swiming and camoflage training, which makes them nasty surprise to anyone who happenes to be their target.

 

Sa'ar: Capital Ship (Replaces Aircraft Carriers)

Armament: Harpoon Homing missiles.

Prerequisites: Tech Lab, Naval Shipyard.

Much smaller and faster than the Dreadnoght and the Aircraft Carrier, the Saar is intended to be the Capital Ship of the Israeli Navy, it posses less range than any of the other 2 Capital ships, but unlike the Dreadnoght, it has homing missiles, what makes it sutible for hunting units, it won't stand against the Dreadnought or the Aircraft carrier, but the missile on-board is sure make work of most ships.

 

Sholef (Lit: Slammer): Advanced Artillery.

Prerequisites: Tech Lab, War Factory.

Armament: Semi-Automatic Sultam 155mm Howitzer.

Based on the Merkava Chasis, the Sholef is a great Artillery for clearing out enemy installations, it semi-automatic Canon fire Rapidly and precise, being based on the Merkava Chasis, it is also has the armor to withstand direct attacks (but a bit slower due to the extra weight of the cannon) and keep up with the Armor columms. All of this good is coming with high price tag, a price tag that originally considered too high and the Sholef was scrapped, only to return after the war started...

 

Hetz Battery (lit: Arrow): AA defence (Replaces Patriot).

Prerequisites: Barracks.

The Patriot missile system considered by the Israelis to be inadquent against missiles and other AA threats, so they developed the Hetz, a superior AA that can intercept anything that comes in its way, the missile is much faster than the Patriot and also more precise, but again, it also made it more expensive.

*Option: They oufitted the Aegis Crusier with Hetz, Which makes the Aegis more expensive for Israel.

*Options: the Osprey would be Replaced with UAV for Israel.

 

Searcher: Reconissance UAV

Support power, Reveal terrian and deteces camoflaged untis and subs.

*I have an Idea for support power (could be used by any faction, although it fits the Theme of Israel really nice)

UAV Cloud: A lot of small UAV will gathered above the designated area, drawing in the AA fire (A known tactic, since the radars don't differ between a bait UAV and a manned plane)

How about a Russian support power called Augmentation that turns basic infantry conscripts and flak troopers in to cyborgs.

AFAIK Volkov,Chitzkoi,Cyborg Prototype and the Cyborg Commando  are the only Cyborg Infantry in MO. Any other reason to why should they get Cyborg Basic Infantry though aside from "Coolness" Factor for MO?

Would it be possible to make a unit passively buff other units around them? (like Drakuv's aoe healing) Like a soviet commissar or propoganda truck that makes nearby units fight harder, making them a priority target for the enemy.

afaik Hoplites and Reapers are also considered cyborgs.

At the moment no. AttachEffect only triggers those increase effects if used on a weapon. Constantly looping Animations (ALA Eradicator Reactor Leak & Drakuv's Healing Ring can only provide negative or positive damage)

Some Ideas

 

Name the commanders

 

 

Waypoint on aircraft for swift reconnaissance

 

Make Invaders STRONGER

atleast against infantry there weak as hell only good as being the meatshield of basiliks 

 

make it snow in snowy maps looks more cooler

 

Instead Of a nuclear missle silo for russia make it a Topol M i know it wouldnt work out since its mobile so make it very very slow

 

Mini Cutscenes (u know the one in the minimap that randomly happens)

 

decrease nuwas range to make it balanced( cant deal with tha nuwa-sentinel just too strong played a match 2 vs me still won beacuse of the combo both of them were using russia)

 

Bring the battleship ( I KNOW I KNOW its OP cause its shells cant be shot down to make it Balanced replace it with aircraft carriers and only one can be available any time on the battlefield just looks cool i also know that you cant build one if the maps dont support naval warfare (can the acula be built in land locked maps no right) try to make it work)

 

In ur fb page i saw that its likely dat you will bring back Russian aircraft

allies have gap generator

soviets dont have something like that please do add something like that makes it unfair that allies and epsilon have those and soviets dont

 

Make virus scorpion cell exclusive too further boost there forces

Desolator/Cyborg crawling tactic; enemy infantry and light vehicles take damage from deployed desolators while cyborg conscripts and flak troopers (taking no damage from radiation) can attack and/or defend bases/areas with increased survivability and mounting damage output.

The only problem I really saw with this is you'd need to add 2 support powers just specifically for the Conscript/Flak Troopers. I already have cyborg-turning conscripts in colony wars. And adding those support powers already feels like they take up alot of the Armory Tab.

It's OP. Aircraft are supposed to be micromanaged, you have dogs and rocketeers for reconnaissance.

They are getting buffed, here is a changelog, although it is a bit outdated since there were many changes done after the changelog was publicly shown:

 Probably best if it was for campaign missions only, it is too distracting if it was done on skirmish/multiplayer maps.

This is really unbalanced, not only will a Topol M be a really fragile to destroy but it since it is a vehicle, it will be created at the War Factory and since it is a super weapon, it will take a long time until one is created. Unless you have a bunch of War Factories, which even with that it will make it even more broken.

Their range has been decreased, it is in the changelog.

This is really unbalanced, one Battleship??!! I as a MO player would much rather have unlimited ACs than a single Battleship especially when on maps with cliffs where a Battleship would have really crappy accuracy.

It's in the changelog, Soviets will have Hailfox when they capture a Tech Airfield, an aircraft that that has a firestorm weapon similar to what the Crazy Ivan bomb has when it explodes.

Soviets will have the Sensor Tower, it detects stealth units and it alarms you about incoming enemies and spies within its radius.

This is really OP, this will make infantry and heroes absolutely useless against Scorpion Cell. You have a support power for Scorpion Cell and Plague Splatters that is good against groups of infantry.

Can you make mixtech, crate war and meteor shower as skirmish options instead of game modes? So that we can enjoy them in other modes such as fortress and petrowar.

In regards to my earlier idea about ally-buffing units (like a commisar or propaganda truck). You say passive aoe buffing is not possible for a unit, but what if it was made into a weapon? Can a weapon buff allies in a radius of impact? It would have to be manual then, unless you can get the unit to target any nearby ally not buffed (like medic and passively sargetting injured friendlies).
