I did hear from somewhere that tesla troopers were being added so you have detection capabilties in the mission (Adepts used to have detection but it was removed appearantly).

Exactly, mine detection in that mission was simply forgot just before the release. But in BR2 mines will be completely removed, same with chance to capture both snipers alive.

It's hard (at least for me) to hear what the Kenegawa scientist says in The Gardener. Does he day that the allied forces are against you in that mission because of mind control? If so, why aren't the scientists and Tsurugi pilot affected? An idea I had was that Yuri gave the Chinese different psychic beacon blueprints so they wouldn't passively affect any additional enemies that approach after the initial fire, so taking it in Warrenty Void would be easier, and they used the same design in Japan so the Chinese wouldn't notice a difference between the two.

Apparently the Stalin's Fist doesn't work properly in Moonlight, but I haven't double-checked.  I lost the WF to a Kirov and couldn't build tanks with just SF afterwards.

Btw, if the Russian AI gets EMP mines in this mission, I want Nuwas and Sentinels.  :p

That's intended. The Stalin's Fist doesn't work without a War Factory in normal gameplay.

Feedback on Focus Shift. Lovely mission(on Normal at least) Took me 18 minutes to finish. As a matter of fact I'll share a unique Focus Shift mission tip.

To prevent the western base to be utilized by the Chinese, do the following:

1. Force Mind Control a Tsivil(yes, Ally Mind Control works)
2. Place one PsiCorps Trooper in the Tsivil. Make sure to clear the area of the Terror Drone and move the Tsivil to the western base ASAP. Let the other 5 troopers do the defending part of the Topol-M
3. Unload the PsiCorps Trooper from the Tsivil. Place him a bit beside the War Factory.
4. As soon as the Chinese reinforcements assigned to capture the base arrives, micromanage properly. Let the some of engineers capture the War Factory and Barracks, and mind control the ones still present to capture the WF and Barracks and SELL OUT. You can let the PsiCorps Trooper there fend for himself.
5. Just now defend the Topol-M. It is a wise idea to mind control Eradicators, Tesla Cruisers and Halftracks. Make sure that in case there's a PsiCorps Trooper that doesn't have a controlled unit and in friendly territory, mind control a Russian unit for additional defense units to control. The western base will not be an issue anymore since both production facilities have been taken out.

Pros:

Less pressure from the western base, allowing you to Focus more on the northern and northeastern areas before the tunnel. No Nuwa's are spawned in the process.

Cons:

You have to execute this in a timely manner. Lose the PsiCorps Trooper in the western base, good luck dealing with Nuwa Cannons.

DID SOMEBODY SAY DERP?

Libra: The Floor is Ice!
Malver: Under the guidance of Lord Yuri.
Rahn: What are we waiting for?

...

Lord Yuri: I have taught you all well, be of one mind, one vision, proselytes!

I have some feedback from Landlocked:
- Almost the whole taskforce consists of cannon fodder units, which need to be used in a particular way to become useful. The plague splatters are not very helpful;
- The player does not get any reinforcements or support if you dont count the Raven;
And I could only complete this mission, because I followed a certain pattern and nothing else.

if they given us 2 scud launchers then the mission would be fine.

One Scud Launchers would be sufficient enough to deal with buildings especially defenses.

1 Scud Launcher > 2 Plague Splatters

Yeah, I figured that out because of some attempts and your video :p I wished there were more ways to complete this mission e.g. getting engineers to capture a barracks in the northwest.

Plague Splatters are very useful on mental, but imo they are also useful on easy too. They can lure away Abrams Tanks and other tanks efficiently

Are there plans for co-op campaigns tied in with ACT II? There should.

Better start doing the SP missions before we think about the coops.

Yes, they will be there. :p

Hm, I wonder if this kind of a mission would be welcome. :p

NOTE: Watching one of the two videos should be enough to know what it is about.
