Robot Tank, Navy SEAL, Borillo, Tesla Trooper, Shadow Tank, Dunerider, Stinger, any hero that's not Norio, Centurion Siege Crawler, submarines and Destroyer

After a few matches against China AI, going from easy to mental, I must ask, the defference between the difficulty settings is the amount of base defenses the AI builds? It seems like its task forces are of the same size and composed of the smae units. Even the attack frequency seems to be the same. On easy it barely had any defenses, on mental most of its base was a mix of Tesla Reactors and Tesla Coils. The other noticable difference was that the harder the AI, the more spies it sends (wastes on me).
My defence against spies was simple: not a single infantry was in my base that could be copied by the enemy agents, so they kept their original looks (conscripts) and got evaporated by my defenses. I did this becuase dogs are full retard and always wander away. I'd humbly suggest that the AI does not create taskforces of spies if there is no enemy infantry to be disguised as, or that it could use civilians as disguese, in this case, and also, fix dog behaviour pls.
My second question, still about the Chinese AI, is that it had a siege crawler, loaded with Yunru, an Eradicator, and a Flak Trooper, but it did not use the crawler for attack. Why? The AI kept it in front of his base. Is it intentional or a bug?
My third question, is that why does the Scout Raven has a dummy weapon? It can target enemies. Is it a feature, to allow the Raven to follow enemies or a bug?

There's no way to make AI only use spies when there's infantry around and obey other requirements, only one requirement for an AI trigger is possible.
I guess AI tried to load 3 infantry on that Centurion when it only can load Yunru+Eradicator or a similar setup, due to Yunru taking 2 slots.
Yes, it is a fake weapon to allow the Raven to follow enemies.

AFAIK Spies cannot enter allied buildings. The only way to 'trade tech' by members in the same team infiltrating each other is to break alliance and reform it after the deed is done - which will probably notify your opponents of your intention.

It would be unfair.
You shouldn't be able to easily get stolen tech because it's pretty powerful in Mental Omega.

All right then, it seemed logical to me from a lore-wise perspective, as the AvA SvS and EvE Stolen Tech suggests an internal affair within the factions (or at least with China and Kanegawa Indstries) but if you think it's unfair, I respect that.

Why does tanks to so much damage to walls I thought they worn't suppose to be good against structures .

That depends entirely on which tank you're referring to. Some tanks shoot through walls a lot faster than others. In fact, some can even drive straight throught walls, like the Battle Fortress.

I will say it's unfair only to the extent that imo the other team should know your intentions to conduct friendly episonage. Otherwise I'm neutral on this.

If you ally previously then the alliance can't be broken. This can prevent that stolen tech trade.

On the MO 3.0 launcher the "launch map editor" button is greyed out. Why? i have FA installed, but I can't make it recognise MO content. Is it intentional, If not, can you help me, as I'd rly like to make some "fortress" maps.

Is'nt this unfair as all of the allies heroes can get vetrancy ?

Libra can gain veterancy, but the insigma is not visible, so she can remain hidden amongst her clones easier.
