Network Leaders are the people leading the entire Revora network (the most active one being Phil), Division Leaders are the people leading specific divisions (in my case, The3rdAge). Then there's Network Administrators to take care of administrative stuff (promoting members, creating forums, etc), and below that there's a bunch of Moderator positions (who take care of moving/closing threads etc).
No fuel left for the pilgrims

It's a very, very long story and some things I don't even remember anymore. 
I've helped the merge of the old Origin-Network and CnC Guild to happen. Once Revora started I was staff for a while until Hybrid promoted me and Hostile to Admin in 2005. At that time, admin was the equivalent to what Network Leader is today here. My NL days lasted until the end of 2007, when I resigned. I became undead. In 2009, after an internal reformulation, I've re-joined as admin running one of the administrative divisions here and, after another reformulation I've became maintenance admin... which is what I'm doing here for several years already.
