~ Multilanguage Support for T3A:Patch 1.06 ~

Note: All the files below still work, be we recommend to use our all-in-one patch installer from now on. Select the corresponding language in the setup.

Direct dowload: http://server.cnc-on...tch1.06_AIO.exe

----------------------------------

Hello all,

like many players we are aware that patch 1.05 dropped the multilanguage support. Much has changed since Patch 1.03, but we will still offer additional language support - and only Swedish is missing!.

Possible list of translations (linked to original 1.03 language patches):

Dutch DONE
English DEFAULT
French DONE
German DONE
Italian DONE
Norwegian DONE
Polish DONE
Russian DONE
Spanish DONE
Swedish

What to do to if the language is not 'DONE' yet?

  • You need the original language patch for 1.03 installed (of the language you want to translate).
  • Go to your installation directory, find the corresponding file _yourLanguagepatch103.big and send it to us (eg _englishpatch103.big, _germanpatch103.big etc.)

After that, we will provide you with a file which contains all new texts that need to be translated. There are about 65 lines of text. It is obvious that you need to be able to read, understand and write english and your own language fluently.

Once translated, you send us the file back and we will provide the language for Patch 1.06.

~ Finished Translations for T3A:Patch 1.06 ~

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE THE ALL-IN-ONE PATCH INSTALLER ABOVE AND SELECT YOUR LANGUAGE

Here you can find the currently finished language files for T3A 1.06.

"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

Great, I have send you a personal message with further instructions.

In case you and any other translators are wondering: Some old in-game strings are included, but you dont have to translate them. For example the DisconnectRules message. They are included because the file conversions doesnt work for them and we have to translate them manually (meaning we will just use the original translation) and add it after you translated the rest.

Edit: I have updated the string file and it lists all strings that dont have to be translated now - but you are allowed to do so ;)

Yes, all symbols used in the original translation are allowed.

Should be possible, considering there also is a "Mündung der Entwasser" map, or "Östliches Rohan". Just translate the strings using ä, ö, ü and ß. ;)

Thanks to sueffkopp - I was able to reconstructure the whole german game so to speak ;)

This is a prerelease for testing and I am able to add it to the official downloads after some feedback from german players.

Here it is, just extract it into your main installation directory and start the game. (Took just a few more hours than expected :p)

Download: German Patch for T3A 1.06 (Testversion)

See top post for 'official' german patch for 1.06 ;)
