No, but my friend did and he has no issues getting it to work. My game version also seems to change every time I launch, whilst his stays constant.

Which only happens if you changed your game.dat...
So you got a cracked version or something is manipulating game.dat

The only thing I did was adding an options.ini file, since I got some weird ass error when I tried to launch the game. (exception access violation)

If you really did not crack it, I suspect your installation is corrupted. I suggest a full, clean reinstall.

Hey revora support, I may be wrong on this but for some reason I have the feeling I got the fix for the D3DX9_27.DLL-missing problem from here. I discovered just now that way of fixing as described on forshire's blog is not the correct fix. I can't find where it's described on this forums, but if it is somewhere (and again I may be wrong on this) I suggest you read my post in the fb group (https://www.facebook...52509760760947/)

My problem tight now is that i cannot install patch 1.06. When i go to the t3a page it says to install the launcher and patch 1.06. I installed the launcher successfully, but when I tried to install the patch it just gave me a blank page. solutions?

"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."

So I followed the video tutorial to install BFME2 Special Edition and I can't open it. I can open the launch window, but when I click, nothing happens. Did I do something wrong?? No error messages pop up or anything...

We don't offer support for those versions. They were made by forshire, you should contact him for support.

You need to patch BFME1 to version 1.03 to install T3A:Online
Are you trying to patch bfme1 or 2 or are you trying to install the wrong launcher for bfme2? This topic is about bfme2.
