I've edited your post title to not be all-caps.
You can adjust the shape of a model by converting the mesh to editable mesh (or if you're using 3ds max, I suggest using editable poly). Do this by right clicking on your mesh and clicking 'convert to editable mesh'. You can then move the vertices (little blue dots) around to change shape.

Importing a model causes its rigging data to be lost. You have to rerig it. More info on that can be found in this excellent tutorial: http://www.the3rdage...tem-373?addview
There is another way, though. Get 3ds max 7 or 8 (preferably 8), and use NDC's w3d importer, which allows you to preserve the rigging.

Thank you very much ..................... I run the tutorial you provided me ....... one more question, do you know any tutorial that tells me how to make a (human) texture in Photoshop ...... and also as I place in the model (in Renx) ......
