Hey i have the same problem. I don't have any funny latters in the username or password yet i can't get in. Says my account or subaccount isn't found. Help pls. I'm new

Hi.  I have a similar problem (running WIndows 10 64 bit pro)

 

I uninstalled my BFME1 and downloaded and installed the T3A version

 

I created T3A, revora forum and server accounts

 

I went to BFME1 and could not log in using either the forum or server account details (tried the server ones having read various threads as some responses seemed to say I should use the server ones?)

 

I tried changing the password on my account in case that was it as in the BFME1 screen it did not appear to be putting in a character when I used the non alphanumeric in my password - so I changed to a password without one.

 

Tried again and still "The specified account or sub account name was not found".

 

Any assistance much appreciated

Actually, as mine was from BFME1 and I got no response in this thread (I know you guys are all unpaid - just stating not complaining!), I'm going to start a new thread as this is a BFME2 thread. I'm sure it would be the same from BFME2, but I'm trying to sort out BFME1 first

Hello everyone

 

I have installed BFME2 Forshire's Online Edition, with the Patchswifter, the T3A:Online.msi, everything. I have entered into Online, and written my Username Piockñec, my password and a random Nickname (several nicknames), but my screen always shows the same error: the specified account or subaccount name wasn't found. May it be because of the letter ñ? How do you think it can be solved?
