#1113477 Ring mechanic (Misty Mountains) must be different/changed.

If Misty Mountains ring hero Smaug dies over water, the ring is stuck in water forever (this happend in Fords of Isen map).

A fix for this would be too have a new Gollum hero respawn with the ring after a timer on the one ring expires (the ring timer is 2-5 minutes).

After the ring timer expires, the ring will vanish from the map and a new Gollum unit with a new ring will appear randomly on the map.
