Well, hmmm, it is quite a common problem. I need to delete the account on these forums so you can make it again on the Web site. To be sure that this does not happen again, I will ask you to contact me when you've made the account.

Usually with this problem, it is best not to try to log into these forums until the account is validated (i.e. the account can log in) on the web site.

This will probably all be changing soon, but until then, let's work with what we've got.

MentuRa and I have hooked up on the Discord. Let's work from there.

Alright. I have sent you a PM with a solution which we're testing. It does not rely on the windows debugger so it should side step that problem. If anyone else wants that solution to try, please make your own topic and post your error log.

If you have gentool installed it does the work of the launcher and should take you online as you start the game.

Я не понимаю, что это значит. Можете ли вы установить DMZ на свой модем? Если это так, вам нужно указать, что вы используете компьютер. Иногда вы можете сделать это с помощью MAC-адреса сетевой карты. Можете ли вы сделать это с вашей стороны?

Если нет, вам придется предоставить свою сетевую карту (на компьютере, который вы используете для воспроизведения) статический IP-адрес, а затем установить DMZ. Чтобы проверить, будет ли он работать, вы можете узнать текущий IP-адрес карты, набрав «IPCONFIG» из командной строки (введите cmd.exe в меню «Пуск») и установите для этого DMZ. Если это сработает, мы можем установить статический адрес на вашей сетевой рабочей карте.

That's good. Now we know that that connection is not being blocked. Please could you go to Options on your game and check that the Online IP address is the same address shown in your screen shot (Starts 192.). Also, if you have any Hamachi drivers installed, please disable or preferably remove them. Then try to log in again.

It would be really helpful you could identify any replays you played online under gamespy in the gamereplays Replay System (if any). That is not strictly necessary but it might make it easier to match the account names with the files.

I will try to add the largest file you provided to one of your accounts now, for the sake of science. Which account had the most games on it?

We did not store any Generals or Zero Hour stats data. Please provide the files you have. We might be able to restore the stats using those but not at this time.

Zero Hour players have smashed a record by playing a whopping 9033 valid 1vs1 and 2vs2 Ladder matches on C&C:Online during the January 2017 season, which ended this morning.
