BFME1 Gondor base

Hi, I've attempted to re-implemented bfme 1 bases into bfme 2. I've been able to make it work for other factions like Rohan but not for Gondor. Unlike the other factions gondor doesn't start unpacking. I've been over playertemplate/upgrade/commandset/campsandcastles files but I'm unable to trace any issues. Does gondor require a specific change that other factions don't need? I've read about geometry issues but that doesn't seem to be the case for me as the gondor camp doesn't work either.

How to combine W3D model + (all) animations in one timeline (for like an animation)

Hey I originally posted in the following post but I decided to give it its own topic.

What I'm able to do: Import models and animations into 3ds max 2011 / 3ds max 5  / gmax & renx
What I'm unable to do: have the imported model actually use the imported animations and add those animations all in one timeline

How do I get my w3d model( _skn) to use their respective animations and add multiple animations behind each other on the timeline.
