yes i forgot to mention this new particle cannon like weapon you CANT control its beam. and it fires everything in a single shot not a continous beam.

You mean it fires a single big pulse sorta like the ones out of Star Wars blasters? That's what I mean too.

but the air force gen should have a super plane instead of a building
or BOTH
u could have a havy plane airfiled
it only carries 2 hevey planes
that produces mini b52 bombers or the air force carpet bomber (will someone TELL ME THE naME OF THAT BOMBER PLZ)
or a para tropper plane
u load it up with infantry then drop it on tis target

You just gave me an idea:
He could have hovering buildings with four big engines keeping them up and his Command Center is a big construction yard for these things. Only his superweapons, defense structures, construction yards and maybe air fields are grounded(or a flying airfield and a bigger ground air field) Infantry rappel or paradrop to the ground and vehicles are lowered on a large platform attatched by a cable. These structures can move, but not fast enough to be worth sending into the enemy base.
