Yes, and I knew it will happen. Actually, I already hinted at it being unblocked a few pages back, subtly, I wondered if Speeder or any MO staff would pick up on it.
Anyways!

From MO's New Unit Showcase #3:
So, the gunship unit seen near the end of the Foehn reveal trailer is named Quetzal. The meteor strikes came from the drones and perhaps it has no other weapons (probabtly that's why Coronia has a support power to boost its defense).
The Foehn Shadray is basically MO's take on TS' Disruptor tank, but this one can hit aircraft, so it can defend itself from aerial attackers now (too bad it is only available for the Haihead subfaction).
The Haihead M.A.D.M.A.N. is basically the RA1 Aftermath's M.A.D. tank, only even more powerful and well-balanced (has a build limit of one, does not explode if destroyed before the countdown ends, and perhaps will be very expensive and cannot be chronoshifted).
With Epsilon-Soviet (Wormqueen, a reverse-engineered Tesla Cruiser), Soviet-Epsilon (Syckle, a reverse-engineered Speeder Trike) and Epsilon-Epsilon (Dybbuk-Seizer, basically an airborne Mastermind) stolen tech units revealed, that leaves us with three stolen tech units not revealed yet.
- Allied-Allied: Quickshifter
- Allied-Soviet: Lionheart
- Allied-Epsilon: Chrono Prison
- Allied-Foehn: Future Tank X2
- Soviet-Allied: Grumble
- Soviet-Soviet: ?
- Soviet-Epsilon: Syckle
- Soviet-Foehn: Iron Dragon
- Epsilon-Allied: Scavenger
- Epsilon-Soviet: Wormqueen
- Epsilon-Epsilon: Dybbuk-Seizer
- Epsilon-Foehn: Salamander
- Foehn-Allied: Phantasm MLRS
- Foehn-Soviet: ?
- Foehn-Epsilon: Archelon
- Foehn-Foehn: ?
I guess that 3.3 will be released before the end of this year, if my prediction based on the revealed units are true. Anyway, the main site's news bulletin is not updated yet...

Also, the Shadray looks like a reference to ROTR ECA Wotan Array

Lionheart: (Chinese) EMP to disable/destroy heavy Soviet vehicles
Chrono Prison: Yuri's Mind Control tech to capture key enemy threats
Future Tank: Heavy unmanned vehicle, I don't know what it really does
Grumble: Long-ranged ballistic missiles to deal with Allied air superiority
Syckle: Radiation weaponry to pick off infantry, Epsilon's main strength
Foehn: Uses unstable quantum weaponry to tear apart heavy vehicles
Scavenger: Subverts Allied IFV tech for modular combat and self-repair
Wormqueen: Built to absorb the tesla weaponry the Soviets are fond of
Salamander: Uses the Foehn's confusion ray to make this unit almost untouchable
Phantasm: Uses mirage technology instead of cloaking for a better version of the Sweeper.
Archelon: Nanite glob takes out several infantry units at once
As for stolen tech from the same faction, it looks like it exemplifies the best tech of a faction.
Quickshifter: Chrono-tech
Seizer: Mind Control

Joking aside, the waiting is getting more and more painful each day, please don't get me wrong I know you guys all spent too much effort on this project and don't want to sound demanding but maybe we loyal fans can just get an estimated date of release ? Pretty please ..

I'm surprised by how no-one is talking about M.A.D.M.A.N.'s huge explosion and how that's kinda op (imo obv I don't know the actual pricing, speed, damage etc. so I can't be completely sure.)
- Soviet-Soviet: ?
I think Soviet - Soviet is probably Apocalypse Tank.
Either that or they reintroduced the Apoc. Tank to the Soviets or Russia, since you can see it in the trailer with the Lionheart Bombers.

simple. IT like the RA1 MAD tank. Suicide unit, needed hella long time to blow up.Even if this MADMAN is instant, and its not, it has the little charge up animation, its slow, and while heavily armored, you can intercept and destroy it. If you're opponent gets one of these in your base, you have evidently lost map control outside your base. In THAT event you have already lost the game b/c ARTY. this is just faster and FAR cooler.
On a side note: I feel as if one of 2 things are happening in regards to the apoc. tank.
1.) Speeder and the rest of the testers are screwing with me and others as to its release
2,) People are hinting to me that is got phased out (NOOOOO!) and I'm not getting it.
but i digress
EVERYTHING LOOKS SO COOOOOOL
kitty approves.

Yeah, but how it could be reintroduced with it still serving a proper purpose? I mean, if it's stolen tech, it obviously needs to be a little OP and also probably (but not necessarily) represent its faction perfectly, as it is Soviet-Soviet. In a way, the 3.0 did just that, because it was big, heavy, armored and shot tesla shells. However, it seems it is considered to be quite weak, so if the Apoc would be reintroduced, it would need to be buffed. Maybe healed by tesla, while shells leave radioactivity, and when it's destroyed, it explodes with a nuclear blast?

How I would fix the apoc? Ok sovs are the heavy tank blob faction... lacking mobility (kinda). to wit: Apoc fires piercing (like go through units if possible) shells that do Tesla splash and EMP effect. If piercing in not available, up the damage. Its AA misses are 4 times as powerful a a catastrophe/launches 4 times more. (cata has 1 launcher (it appears) apoc has 4) theses missiles do napalm damage to infantry. Its armor is tougher than a nuwas, and its speed = rhino tanks. 2 barrels means 2 main attacks with Tesla shells. You get mobility and, AA and ammo from Russia, napalm rockets from LC and armor and twin gun auto loaders from china.
But who says I'm done? The apocalypse is the apex tank of the soviet union, symbol of the great motherland! its mere presence, is a morale booster for mother Russia troops, and strike fear into the eyes of her opponents. TO WIT:
buff radius around the tank to friendly ground units, let anyone decide the stats for that. up damage and speed of units.
I would buy this tank. I would buy a lot of this tank.

Maybe fries with that? No matter what, apoc was, is and will remain sucky unit :V Esspecialy when you look at all those hi-tech toys other factions receive.
Also, what you just wrote would be too much - what you wrote was basicly better centurion without passenger slots.

So the apoc will be always bad just because it's the apoc? What if we rename it to Mammoth then?
Or what really makes it bad? It could technically be any unit in the game, it could even fly, if its look is still the iconic same. So practically, the Apoc could be a good unit, it just have to be made that way.
....
A flying Apoc...
