Soviets are godless commies. Allies are the puppets of Soros. Foehn is Mary Sue: the faction. Epsilon are actually the good guys and Yuri did nothing wrong. It all makes sense now!

I'm curious if there's any estimated time frame for the release of the remaining missions so we can actually learn Foehn's true nature. I think I recall Speeder or someone on the dev team saying Foehn is kind of like GDI on the dark side, but they seem all noble and cheery and righteous. Maybe they're actually just replacing Yuri's mind control with implants slaving them to an volknet like some kind of digital hive mind. o.O

Foehn was never bright to begin with. They make liberate use of stuffs that devour living people alive and turn theirs flesh into materials to regenerate theirs units after all.
Not much different from Epsilon's grinders and bio powerplants, just faster and less painful.
They have a legit reason though. Better death than slavery. As they're fighting against the entire world under Yuri's control, they'll need everything they can get,

Are these all just assumptions or is it stated somewhere that Yuri wins against the allies and soviets and Foehn exists as a resistance to his domination?

Both. There are some hints though
- World Beyond comment replies in their Mindshell album in Youtube hints that
- One of their soundtrack is called 'Remnants of the Distant Future'
- As well as Fin-Alize's bio ('....not yet corrupted by Mind Control...')
- Epsilon's last mission is also called Babel, while Allied's is called Hamartia, and Soviet's is called Death's Hand (though would be referring more to Yuri's superweapon hinted in The Conqueror though)
- Foehn's lancer quote : "They can't control us!"
- Foehn's engineer quote : "Here to solve the world's problems!"
- To Foehn, Mirage technology is also one of the things lost in the chaos that unfolded in Antartica
It's hinted everywhere

Then I look forward to seeing just how "distant" in the future this supposed Foehn-Epsilon war is, considering even by C&C and MO standards, Foehn tech is super advanced, as well as if there are plans to expand beyond the listed campaign missions, since the Foehn campaign is named "origins" and the campaigns as listed appear to lead into some greater war.

- Foehn's engineer quote : "Here to solve the world's problems!"
I don't see how that hints anything, I mean the engineer is probably as clueless as epsilon's engineer.

Well it's probably just a tiny bit hint, which may or may not be related
Jackal Racers are also seen in Kanegawa Industries' war factory in Think Different

Fin-Alize's story also mentions the "ruins of the lost world". And then there's the fact that almost all media released about the Foehn, besides the 3.3 release trailer, shows them fighting against purple colored units.
Edit: Hmm. I wonder if it's a lack of fanart (by midas ), or the lack of hero spotlights, but somehow the Foehn heroes don't feel as... iconic as the previous 9 did. I wonder why.

A hero spotlight would be cool, and fan art too.
Those might let me hate Eureka less, with that awful excuse of a voice over.

Awful excuse of a voice over? Explain.
I should probably look at the Chinese community. They often produced some cool fanarts.

Eureka's voice over emotion tone is kind of.... weird. That's what I think Shelby meant. I really can't tell if she's cheery or curious or sad. Compared to Yunru and Libra, I really can't read her personality through her voice

Eureka's voice over is kind of like Alize's voice over, except that I like Alize more.
For example.
Alize:"We'll secure that area?" She wanted to say "We'll secure that area!" or "We'll secure that area" But she said it in a questioning manner, which really ruins the picture of MO voice overs, The Irritators voice is my favourite, simply because the voice actor went into characters other examples of this are Siegfried, Megalodon, Gharial, Volkov, Arsonist, Borrilo, saboteur, Wolfhound, Leviathan, Qillin tank, Nuwa cannon, Abrams tank and many others, god that's a mouthful, See? only a few voice overs are bad.
Sorry for seeming a bit rude towards the voice actor, I meant no offense, I simply don't like the manner in which she speaks.

There's been tons of people complaining about Morales' voiceover saying it sounds nothing like actual spanish .-.

Alize and Eureka were voiced by the same person. Tbh I have a feeling the voice actor wasn't really interested in what she was doing, or didn't quite get what character she's voicing. For me it sounds only a little better than simple narration in front of the microphone, without "becoming" the character. The latter can be clearly heard in the VOs you've mentioned, and in majority of new voiceovers. Take Fin's voice as an example. You can feel that he's seriously pissed off and is seeking revenge, he WILL do what's right and you better not mess with this guy. Alize seems clueless and is more like "war? eh, whatever, I just want to showcase the bad boys (who are they, again?) my new toy and have some fun". Eureka isn't really different (or she's just crazy, dunno). But well, it isn't easy to find a willing female voice actor who can do stuff like that for free, so remaking it over and over is out of question. Besides, it is not that bad, just sounds less plausible than it could sound, so making a new set is too much effort for too little gain I guess.
And btw, Leviathan is from C&C4, not a custom voiceover.

Not the nicest thing I heart today, I have to be honest, especially given that I thought his voice is the only one that I like from all of Foehn's navy.

Yeah, I get that their VO is somewhat... weird sounding. Not like the original 9. And yes, I personally like Morales' VO, because it fits with the series' "fake nationality' voices well. Sounds really over the top, which was probably the goal.

IMHO the Foehn navy's voice overs are all top-notch. The only voiceovers that I didn't like so far were Fin's and Alize's.

Eureka's case is different. Morales voice actually conveys a lot of emotion and personality, even if the language might be wrong. Alize is unfortunately the same.
Compare it to the other heroes, I mean. Even Yunru sounds better

Well there are only 3 other Foehn ships (including Warturtle)
Angelshark is alright actually, though he sounds a bit psycho or too excited imo ("Oooh, I can help you!" with a reassuring tone as if we are doubting him)
