See after all that drama..the simple point is GZ just want's to fucking play the game....thats  it

No, he doesn't.

If he did, he would have accepted our proposal, as I've outlined in my post. It's not about playing for him. He wants to be known, and he will continue to disrupt events and flaunt his toxic behavior on the server even if we do unban him. He's made this perfectly clear to us. No matter what we do, Green_ZERO is only out to spite us and further damage our reputation. Nothing else.

Granola's ban, however, is being discussed privately with him.

    What exactly was this proposal.

Why sometimes you are so vague in explaining what you guys offered to him..

If he has access to his account why would he disrupt events...which can now show up and play in..under his account...

Remember kw accounts go up to level 87..he had one of these 87 accounts..I find it hard to believe he would disrupt anything if he did not have to..

Flaunt his toxic behavior?..wtf does that mean..flaming, slander..does words on a screen really affect you guys.  ???

If I say "fuck your mother" are you really going to get emotionally upset or start to cry..

Green_ZERO is only out to spite us and further damage our reputation. Nothing else.

well holding the BAN in place he will continue antics and continue his behavior..

Releasing the BAN and giving him an opportunity to change will allow some form of redemption...

And if he continues his toxic behavior and slandering..."fuck him" then Ban him again..

look my whole point is...IF YOU CAN NOT effectively enforce the ban then having it in place is doing more damage than good and more damage than what the ban is originally intended for.

I do not know how reovora works and have no idea how my kw game works but if this clown gz circumvents your BAN than its no point having one in the first place..which is my point I am trying to make

So basically, when someone is able to escape from jail several times, he should just be released?

Brilliant perspective there.

Jail is real life..but I will debate your analogy

this is a server run by you guys and just access to a video game..

If I can escape your jail and come and go when I please..

why would you have to release me..if i can leave whenever I want even if you don't release me or put me in jail or capture me again...

Brilliant reasoning there

Golf courses are real life too.

Let's further the analogy, then. If you have the time and skill required to consistently escape prison and the judge decides to just let you go, this creates a precedent where people that break the rules and know how to circumvent the punishment (remember, Green_ZERO works at an ISP company) are treated unfairly compared to those who don't have that knowledge. We don't do special treatment. You either treat everyone equally and stick to justly given bans, or you get rid of all rules altogether and let the community suffer under the consequences of that decision.

It's the same thing when it comes to cheats: people will always manage to find new cheats or sneak old ones in. According to you, this means we should give up on banning cheats and just allow everything. Athletes get caught with doping in their system every year, despite stricter and stricter regulations. Should they just be allowed to use whatever they want, then? I don't think so, because this way you erode a standard that is inherently good: 'no cheats allowed', 'no performance enhancing drugs allowed', and 'no continuous disruption of events and flaming of community members allowed'. Green_ZERO has shown us he will continue to behave the way he does regardless of his ban, so we may as well stick with our position so that other toxic elements that aren't as good at bypassing bans can still be punished by a fair and solid standard.

We refuse to cave in to this pathological bully and liar, because if we did, we'd lose more credibility than he could ever chip away from under us with his terrible videos. We'll continue working on our prevention methods and further developing the server regardless of his bullshit.

Fair point..

I Can not logically argue your last post....or maybe I can but i just rather give up..than type more

Well I really tried..to debate and argue..but failed...(cries)

and I tried for this community in kw..and not for gz. NOT FOR GZ at all.

I care and like this small kw community...i enjoy many players and even though they flame me or i flame them I acknowledge their skill and appreciate it and still enjoy their time and game play.

Unfortunately we will (we being the kw community. not you obviously) be plagued with this incurable parasite..as he continues to wreck havoc and destroy the tiny community we have here at kw..

I thank you for listening to my points and actually replying  back.

I guess the BAN will stay

He will continue to play whenever he wants and sabotage events when he wants due to his fan base.

All that will be resolved is more bans and thus further destroying the community and thus making it smaller.

While the community morale further decreases.

Thank you for at least listening to my view point..

and we (the kw community) will try our best living with this parasite..cause in the end..that is all we can do for now.

Thanks again..and take care dude

Its a shame it had to be this way... But I think that the only way for this to end is to either unban him and move on, like who really cares if you let him think that he won... Every dog has their day eh? OR find a way to actually stop him from playing. I understand that he has done a lot of damage and I agree with you guys, but if you cant stop him from playing/being disruptive then there isnt really a point... He isnt willing to accept the fact that he is banned because as far as he is concerned he shouldnt be but w/e. Ive explained how I feel about this and there needs to be an end, because it will drag on.

I dunno how many times Mathijs and I have to explain it.  He doesn't deserve to be given yet another chance, but we tried anyway.  He had no interest in the ban being removed.  If you're curious to know, I sat down with him and his followers for hours, telling him that we would be willing to get all of this over with if he just showed an interest in good behavior for the next 3 months.  He could have lied to us and just nodded his head, but he openly said that he would continue to break the rules in spite of our good intentions.  Even his followers were frustrated in him not taking the deal.  I'm sorry Dimitery, but we already tried it your way.

Well, if you guys are ok with expending more resources to ban him then thats ok. I just wanted to clarify some things.
Thanks for providing the free service.

Hey, don't worry about it.  You've been awesome.  I only wish others were willing to take the time and talk with us about the issue, rather than just comparing Zero to Robin Hood and supporting him without any doubt of his innocence.

Pasidon i was in that skype chat...now you are twisting the words..

I re read the chat..

apparently you did offer gz that proposal and he had to be on 3 month good behavior..

no where in chat did gz say he does not want to be unbanned

the thing that ticked you off was when gz said "will reovra and the admins apologize to me"

and right fully so..i defend your stance..as he doesn't deserve any apologies..

after he said you quickly became tilted and just dropped everything

but your EGO and Gz's EGO both came to a clash..do not put all the fault on gz..as you yourself was acting unreasonable and once gz gave some opposition you quickly tilted and dropped the offer.

My point is as gz had an ego coming out of his ass to the neogations you yourself was unreasonable and quick to dismiss any solutions to the problem...

Never did he say he will continually break the rules in spite your good intentions..now u just making shit up..and never did he say he did not want to be un banned..

Why make shit up now..or shall i copy and paste the entire conversation here....

Here, I'll save you the trouble and post that entire conversation on this post. Post whatever you think I misconceived, but here's what you missed.  I gave the offer, I asked him to show good behavior for 3 months, he refused.  Not with a "no" but with more excuses, more blaming, more justifying his clearly destructive actions.  I continually ask him to prove to me that he's wiling to show some class and that the rebellious actions stop.  His final comment was "i will have no motive to be disruptive once i have my account back"  That's spitting in my face and telling me the exact opposite of what I asked, and he knows it. Rereread it if you must, but he refused that offer.  There's no doubt in my mind about it.  Even when I said "The deal is gone" none of his followers gave me an indication of surprise.  Zero himself didn't even ask why.  It wasn't a mystery at all that he wasn't interested in what I had to say.

As for my ego, please do give me some tips via PM if I was too stubborn.  I'm always willing to improve, but that's not for this topic at all.

I should probably add you're debating if I was uncouthly reseeding my offer to help in that conversation, after he more obviously refused it in a conversation I had one hour earlier with him.

Ok after re reading the chat 3 times..it is very hard to form an argument against your views...

I apologize for my comments earlier and have now seen the true realization gz dug his own grave..

Maybe only reading it once before with all the emoticons I drew a different opinion but just reading the raw text I see what you are saying..there is little hope with this kid..and its a shame..

You did try and for that I applaud you for your effort for even joining that chat with the kw community..

Now we just have to deal with the aftermath of him crashing the tourney and the banning of another player all due to his actions..and narcissistic attitude...

Thanks for saying that, and we all can do something to make our community whole again.  Anytime you see someone supporting Zero, tell them the truth.  Send them here.  These are good people being manipulated by a single man, and we all can work together and stop people like him from being able to bully us all.

lol wtf incapaisa message in the lobby was good and clear. I do not know what you did not understand there. Also if you're worried that he will ruin your event someone must give him his acc and i do not think it will be one of pros I think they will go for the prize instead. It must be some low-mid player who can not and does not intend to win. If there is any way to check players before the game that would be great. Even if he gets discovered that  player should be banned and the event should be continued. Everyone happy except greenzero.

Yes Senna..

he will ruin my tourney and some poor sap will get banned..that's my beef..

could not not be more clearer than that and that is what i understand here...

I think it would be easy to say to that player...well "you deserved it"..permaban etc.. but it will just not be fair and in the end will be ONE less player on a server that is close to extinct..

While gz will continue to come and go as he please..

We are working on several things to increase player numbers on C&C:Online. Right now we're close to translating the website and instructions into a bunch of languages often used by users that aren't able to understand English, and we are looking into making the instructions easier to understand.

Maybe you can put some sort of warning in to your incaOPEN topic to anyone who try to give their acc to someone else during the tournament  could be perm banned. so that if someone had the intention to do something like that it could make him to change opinion.

I would like to do that but since I can not actually ban anyone nor enforce it I rather not deal with stipulating such a rule..

Maybe i put a disclaimer of some sorts but it will do little effect since gz has followers and loyalist dedicated to his cause..

Hate him as much as you want but gz can a charismatic sweet talker and charmer...see it worked on granola..and it will work on someone else
