How about Yuri is using Kappa technology for flotation?

Whatever floats his boat, I guess.

I doubt that stealth tech is stolen from allies, since we already had shadow ring back in Human shield (although huehuecoyotl talks about it as if it the first time we get to use it since it wasn't introduced in 3.0)
What? You have Shadow Ring in Human Shield???
Rahn's probably been genetically programmed to be absolutely loyal to Yuri or something. As for Libra, I kinda get the impression she doesn't really care who she fights as long as she's got someone to fight. It's when Yuri wins and there's no more enemies that the trouble starts... and then Foehn wakes up and she's suddenly happy she's got prey to toy with again.
Yuri: "The time has come for our new er- Libra, what are you doing to that Proselyte?"

That was not intended? I did get Shadow Ring while playing on Easy
You are forgetting the fact that Elite shp was used for actual Yuri in RA2, although as a secret unit unavailable normally. In YR WW gave him a platform so you wouldn't lose your commando in a blob of bald men in grey coats, and to make him look cooler. MO simply reuses these assets, there's no reason to search for deep meaning here, it'd be overthinking.
Yuri Prime in RA2 was buildable if you spied on Soviet and owns a Soviet Barracks.

Yuriko, who uses her powers almost purely offensively, would be closer to Libra, and like her, her very existence is a weapon. They do not know to be conservative.
She can use mind control too, as one of abilities allows. So that can be the "almost" sentace for it. x3

Yuri would actually be closer than Yunru, in that they use their skills for indirect combat (Yuri gets your friends to kill you. Yunru gets her friends to kill you)
They also use their abilities conservatively, hiding behind equipment and personnel to achieve their objectives (Yuri: the whole Epsilon tech tree and the Proselyte. Yunru: her inventions and China and... the Dragonstorm General ).
Yuri will be more likely to get you to levitate yourself than you try to get him to do the same, and will look at you in slight amazement as you dared command him.

Yeah, that correct. I played myself the uprising, and understand
But still, he must have the force method (if nothing else left) to make his job. Im feeling that he is hiding his powers. Or, meh... in any case youre correct about them
But i still doesnt get why heroes like Rahn and 'almost" uncrotrollable Libra still doesnt attack his Master? Or i did not read this somewhere
The true measure of person's power is what they can achieve without resorting to force.
Besides, there are also advantages to not revealing all your cards. By not flaunting the full extent of his powers, Yuri would force potential opponents to tread in the dark, guessing just what he can do. Fear of what you don't know, you could say.
Wise. But... the question stays: why they do not turn against him?
In terms of gameplay, Rahn can't rebel because he does no friendly fire damage at all
For Libra however, I believe it may have something to do with her Cerebral Amplifier/Suppressor. As it amplifies her thinking processes according to her official description, her thoughts...to put it simply are to kill non-believers Epsilon forces and spare those under Yuri's command. If one would take Rashidi's speech in Obsidian Sands literally ("She'll kill everything in her way, and Yuri holds the switch"), Yuri could actually control her to some extent.

Good thinking. But still, other description, as i understood, that Yuri cannot control her.
In any way, the further lore will explain.

If what you claim could be true, history would just repeat itself. At some point, Libra would go berserk against Yuri just as how Volkov did in Red Alert 1. So much for foreseeable futures
EDIT: Not exactly similar, since it's not like Libra has control codes or something, that's quite silly even for Yuri

A device known only as the Cerebral Amplifier/Suppressor is permanently connected to her spine and is presumably responsible for amplifying her powers and thinking processes. Paradoxically, it also keeps her abilities in check.
As well as this, could it be that, similar to Malver's Chimaera Core, there's a "failsafe" built into her Cerebral Amplifier/Suppressor? If she gets too maniacal Yuri zaps her nervous system?

That works real well on Malver though, not.

Speaking of Malver, what happened to him after Obsidian Sands? Did the failsafe activate successfully?

It's not like Rashidi could reversee engineer the PCC device, make a new one and give it to Malver.

Malver? Hes only just invisible and invincible and leaves the map after killing libra and rahn and anything else.

No ones think that Yuri Prime can die - UNTHINKABLE sacrebleu.
Yuri plans are not his plans as they failling apart and yuris is not adapting to new situation he just rush the plan.
He says to proselite few times that he don't expect don't underestimate usa etc.
I guess he just flow plans blindly and this plans are not his own, maybe kane give it to him before he leave to Tiberium time line.
And some math
Yuri , Libra , Rahm , Marvel ? (if not dead) vs Tanya,Siegfried,Norio, Reznov , Krukov, Volkow, Doggie, and You

There must be some plot twist in Unthinkable. For sure, we won't see Mental Omega there yet, since it certainly is reserved for final mission, and almost for sure we won't destroy the Paradox Engine, since it would virtually destroy the Allies at once, prematurely ending the Epsilon campaign. On the other hand, the Proselyte has somewhat left the Comrade General the free hand, and the Centurion is still the wildcard, so... who knows?
