No, because technically Foehn is traitor from both sides... and they exist because of Epsilon in the first place.

Technically the PF forces part of Foehn are more loyal/trustworthy to the Allies than the ones that helped China

China the Latin Confederation and Foehn should have Cloning Vats as the Russians/Yuri give them the vats or blueprints to make their own
It would be very hard to cut off LC's access to Cloning Vats. Impossible with China/Foehn
It should be a shocked in one of Epsilon's missions when they see PF using Cloning Vats
There should be a Covert Ops in which the Allies steal the Cloning tech from the Soviets
Another Covert Ops in which Russia reacquires Cloning Tech from Yuri between Act 1 and Act 2
Cloning multiplies the number of Russian, Chinese, Latin and Pacific troops!!!

Don't know if someone posted something like this before but now when I've reached that point in my walkthrough I have to say that. Final allied mission is just broken and should be fixed and nerfed very hard. I'm not even talking about that crisis management part which is just blatantly broken with all these artificial cheap bonuses enemy AIs have (instant building, endless MCV reinforcements, endless armadas from the north and FREAKING LIBRA GODDAMMIT), I'm talking about defence stage, when if you didn't get some big numbers of units (specifically thors and maybe some anti-air units too) beforehand, it becomes just IMPOSSIBLE to win. Unless I don't see something, maybe there is a way to beat that stage. Is there?

I uh.... managed to beat it on Casual. Have you tried using Hyperion? They're really magical.

I'm always playing on Mental. Also I can't even build battle lab and have no money to build those cannons. But it's nice idea anyway. Maybe when I'll manage to actually warp my base to that height I'll be able to do that. Shame freaking allied puppets start to spam you very soon.

Also I've found the most bullshit bug ever. MO corrupts the save files if their titles are too long. Altough it says that length of the name must be under 128 symbols and I have 48 or a little bit more, it just doesn't let you to type too much so I have no idea why is this happening.
UPD: it appers they are not actually corrupted. The problem is in MO client. From the in-game it's loading without problems. Shame I knew that after I've screwed my last save by renaming it through the notepad (it completely vanished out of existence after that).

Can anybody please explain me what triggers the Hands of Ereshkigal in Death's Hand? Wiki says it has to pass about 35 minutes to spawn them, but I've marked the time and they spawned after about 23 minutes and keep in mind that I'm lagging af in these final missions, looks like my computer cannot handle the modification to the 21 years old game. So if it wasn't the lags that would be even quicker. It seems very likely that game lis literally cheating me lol. I barely build the army prior to this point, something must be wrong.

The engine itself are struggling, so it most likely is less your computer's issue.
From what I know though, they also appear if you're getting too close to Yuri, and that they may or may not spawn faster on higher difficulty

Ever wonder how the Rage Inductor got the short end of the stick as a superweapon in the campaign when it comes to mission importance?
Compared to ALL superweapons that appeared so far, it is the only superweapon structure where a mission objective is not related to it. Even EMP Control Stations, Tech Missile Bunkers and Shield Commands played an important part at some point in the campaign. The Rage support power it provides was certainly important in the Epsilon finales, but the structure itself is nowhere to be found.
Hopefully a future mission will do this superweapon justice as a critical structure. The mission Insomnia is a good starting point for some inspiration since its Rage has been modified so it activates around itself automatically, and it is conveniently placed near some Cloning Vats. Too bad this is overshadowed by what the rest of the mission has to offer.

What if Einstein's first attempt of Time-travel did something else unintended? What if he had help from someone powerful?
-When Einstein first used Time-travel to erased Hitler he BROKE Time itself and created a Multiverse!
-Primus (from Transformers) helped Einstein build the first Time-Machine but he helped too much and broke Time instead!
-After he helped Einstein, Unicron awakened so he was busy fighting him until the end of Act 3
At the end of Act 3, Primus appears before the Foehn survivors and tells them the truth. While he CAN'T bring back the dead HE CAN send Foehn to OTHER TIMELINES (Red Alert 1, 2, 3 and other versions of Mental Omega) to change those Timelines for the better!
-Yunru goes back to 1899 Timeline to meet a young Einstein and tell him everything. She goes to America to use her technology to prevent WW1, WW2 AND WW3!
-Fin and Alize go back to Red Alert 1, prior to WW2 in order to prepare the Allies for war and kill Stalin and Yuri!!!
-Eureka goes to the RA2 Timeline to warn the Allies and prevent both Chicago and the Psychic Dominators
-Uragan goes back to Television Lies to prevent the installation of MIDAS uplink software, WW3 AND Mental Omega!!!
The Earth of Mental Omega has to recover the hard way BUT Foehn can help OTHER EARTHS from making the same mistakes they did!!!!!

Maybe there is a way to do Time-travel without removing the impact of Yuri's actions

Bruh, there will be NO hopes for time travel as easy plot fixing shenigans.

Um, did you read my text?
This won't change how screwed this version of Mental Omega Earth becomes
The Multiverse/Multiple Timelines isn't a new concept in fiction
Both MCU and Mortal Kombat have done it. People permanently die in both Fictional Multiverses
-Once Yunru makes 1899 Earth a much better place she returns to MO Earth which is still in ruins
-Foehn's actions in other Timelines DO NOT affect the Mental Omega Timeline
So even if the victorious Foehn greatly alters The American Revolution, WW1, Red Alert 1, Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge, Red Alert 3, Act 1 AND Act 2 TIMELINES it WOULD NOT CHANGE the Mental Omega Timeline!

Still a pointless endeavor.
This allows Chrono Operations to be a thing.
After the end of Act 3 it turns out the Original Einstein broke time and created a multiverse:
-Have Eureka and Uragan fight Libra and Rahn at the end of Unthinkable
-Fin and Alize in Archetype to stop the theft of Volkov and kill Boris + Morales
- Time-traveling Foehn takes over the Cosmodrone in Moonlight

One Chrono Ops series of missions could take place right after Time Capsule, between Act 1 and Act 2

A few thoughts:
- Is Mental Omega technically a sequel to Red Alert 2, rather than a reimagining? The Easter Egg at the the end of the first part of Hamartia suggests that the events of RA2YR played out in some form prior to Act 2 at least, potentially the entire campaign. Does this mean that Yuri's actions are based on his knowledge of that timeline?
- Will there be any form of space combat in Act 3? Presumably the events of Earthrise have left that as a possibility, unless I missed something in Fatal Impact and/or Death's Hand.
- My thinking here is that the Soviets could have forces on the most navigable path between the Earth and the Moon intercepting Yuri's attempts to plant a psychic beacon/dominator/amplifier on the Moon. Similar to Road Trippin', with some kind of space platform serving as an airfield and retrofitted Migs being used to attack.
- My tinkering with the original game's map editor in my teens taught me that a Level 1 AI could be assigned to the player to facilitate auto-repairing of structures. Could something like this be implemented in the future?
- Maybe for Casual Difficulty only? As a way to soften the macro requirements of some of the larger scale missions. I've been using a Cheat Engine Cheat Table to replicate this (because my macro is awful) and I've found that it makes some of the larger missions more bearable when I'm not having to constantly activate/re-activate structure healing during battles.
- Maybe it could be a new buildable structure for all factions that enables this? Or an addition to the T4 economy buildings? (Cloning Vats, Ore Purifier, Industrial Plant, Reprocessor) - as, by this point, the player should have more money than they can use.
- I also had an idea for a mission involving competing psychic beacons (a schism within Yuri's Forces - Scorpion Cell? - or perhaps some kind of hack directed at the Mental Network - VolkNet?). Forces across the map would change teams every few seconds (in an intro scene)/minutes (during the actual mission), creating chaos on the battlefield. Players could start with a captured beacon that protects their base, but everything on the field (other than robotic units) would be vulnerable. This could be a forced loss mission where 'victory' isn't about taking over part of the Mental Network, but proving that it's possible to create local disruptions or maybe get a signal out before Yuri's forces reassert control.
- I had an intro idea where units constantly change team and fight each other whilst the player frantically tries to grab engineers as they transfer to their team in an effort to get them into a nearby psychic beacon. At which point, all local forces transfer to their team and the mission begins properly.
- Feeding into Moonreaper 666's idea, could ChronoOps missions be added to have Foehn set things up prior to their full campaign.
- Similar to how some missions in Kane's Wrath happened alongside missions in Tiberium Wars. Their actions wouldn't change the past, but reveal that things that were presumed lost or destroyed were actually rescued by Foehn off-screen (originally) and we now get to see how that was done.
- The justification for them not being noticed originally could be that the risk of future agents being discovered by Yuri was too great for them to act anywhere near either faction's commander.
- More time travel related ideas (that wouldn't change any events from Act 1 or Act 2):
- A mission (or set of missions) that all require a specific unit/character at the same time. At the end of each mission/segment, the character/unit travels backwards (or forwards) in time to meet its alternate selves. The final mission/segment has you using multiple copies of the same unit/character to complete an objective.
- Future Self: The Foehn mini-campaign in Act 2 focusses on hope and leaps of faith. This could be extended with a mission involving some kind of Chrono Beacon being defended. The commander is hoping that they are victorious in the future and that their future selves will be able to travel back to aid them using the beacon. The mission ends with huge reinforcements arriving from the future to defeat the attacking enemies.
